Family condominium, quiet and safe. Full kitchen, NO BARBECUE (prohibited by the condominium), water purifier, ceiling fan, LED TV, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, panoramic elevator, 1 garage space. Located close to great bars, restaurants, beaches, lush nature in the midst of the Atlantic Forest, it is very green, replete with birds and a beautiful view of the sea. Lindo apartamento de frente para o mar com cômodos espaçosos, arejados e aconchegantes. São dois ambientes, ambos com ar condicionado e ventiladores de teto. A suíte possui uma cama casal “queen”, armário amplo e banheiro completo. Na sala tem sofá cama de ótima qualidade que pode ser usado tanto como cama casal, como duas de solteiro, smartv com pacote básico, mesa de jantar e banheiro completo. Os chuveiros são ótimos. A cozinha é tipo americana, totalmente equipada, e muito bem iluminada.

Air-conditioning and 50-inch Smart TV in the living room. We also offer a Consul beer maker and an Electrolux water filter. Super comfortable and complete gourmet barbecue for your best stay with your family in Ubatuba.
