Andrea is the best host ever! This is my second stay at one of her apartments. She is super responsive, helpful and friendly. Goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The place at Rua Oscar Freire is amazing, location is unbeatable, super comfortable, well-equipped and nice apartment, with so many nice little touches. Highly, highly recommended, you can't go wrong here. Book with confidence!

The place is well located, with easy access to the subway and the surroundings of São Paulo. Very close to the Renault theater, it matches the description, very clean and easy to access. Practical hosts and responded quickly. Everything is very good and in compliance. Thank you for the stay!

Location, cleanliness, decoration all great! Very good comfort, the bed could be better and the hygienic shower was broken, there was no concert and the communication came only on the 2nd day of the stay.

i was recently in Iris' apartment and the stay was super quiet, cozy space and super friendly building staff too. in the apartment had everything that was described in the announcement and we had no problems. The location is great, in front of the Brás station and we were able to go anywhere easily. We intend to go back! Thank you very much for the stay and impeccable service!

The apartment is even more graceful in person! Clean, organized, cozy, and has all the basic items needed for a good stay. The address is easily accessible and has many nearby shopping options. The building has a great concierge team and the place has good security control. The few times I needed support, I was quickly attended to and everything went well. It was a pleasure to have been there!

What a wonderful place, nature is an immersion, with gorgeous natural pools, breathtaking views, indeed freshwater houses is stunning! We stayed myself, my husband and my dog billy in the Lotus house and I have nothing to complain about, Cristina and her children from the very beginning have passed clear and objective instructions, all the staff are very attentive and polite, they have welcomed us very well. I only get compliments, recommend it and I will definitely come back more often.

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

It was excellent. It was clean and the location is good. Quiet too. Perfect for those who go as a couple or with a mother-in-law, the rooms are separated from each other and each has its own bathroom. You can make breakfast and there is a market in the building. Close to many tourist spots. I'll stay again.
