Magnificent experience, I thank Ringo and his family, apartment as from the description, in addition to the front part with garden, the opposite part has a balcony with a sink, awnings, everything you need in the house, a little outside the center but it was great, you can get there on foot in 5 min. the whole neighborhood is friendly, what can I say, if I have the chance I will gladly return. Nice townhouse in a quiet side street of Principina. The house was clean, only the decor is a bit outdated. No air conditioning, but the house is still sufficiently cool, especially in the lower area. In the two bedrooms it can be quite right, but there are fans, the windows are equipped with screens, you can therefore ventilate easily. Overall, we had a very nice stay and thank Virgilio for his good care.

the location is perched on foot in a few minutes you can reach Capoliveri. You overlook the balcony and every time I was open for beauty. Maria Rosa is super sociable and gave us great tips. I hope to be back soon!

We were Paolo's guests for a week in September, cozy home and close to the Reale beach, beautiful sea. Roberta, who welcomed us with her husband, was always available and attentive to every need, and we found ourselves conversing pleasantly with her and her husband and their little Zeno, a special life companion, ready to welcome every cuddle. we were with our dog in Sheila's apartment. A peaceful and tranquil corner, just a two-minute walk from the center and everything you need. Sheila, Katia and their mom were a very discreet, kind and attentive presence. Impeccable cleanliness, apartment equipped with everything. Several cats live in the courtyard, brightening the place with their sly presence. We definitely recommend this accommodation

Lovely place, the house has everything you need is cozy and especially out of the chaos but at the same time you can easily reach all the villages and beaches of the island by car. Ilaria is an excellent Host. I am sure that if I still return to this beautiful island, Ilaria's house is definitely my first choice.

Very nicely located, stylish and personally furnished house in which you immediately feel a bit at home. The view is gigantic, the two large pines in the garden rushing nicely in the wind and there are so many nice seating for any time of day. The kitchen is super equipped. A good place to explore Elba from, but also so nice that you can only spend a whole day in and around the house. Small drawback if you come as two couples/ families: there are no two equivalent bedrooms. (But plenty of room for everyone) We would gladly come back!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Enrico is a precise and punctual host. Attentive to the requests made to him. Very quick in answering and available to give you directions to reach the accommodation, which is as shown in the photos, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I want to give a note of merit to the availability of bicycle use. With which you can visit far beyond the Cecina seafront. But also the beautiful pine forest that connects Cecina to Bibbona A special place for the eyes and that allows you to access unique and uncrowded stretches of beach I recommend it to everyone

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was very clean and the furniture was up to date. Also well located and the private parking was great! Communication with Francesca's husband was always quick and uncomplicated! Thanks for the great vacation - we will be happy to come back!

Proactively responded to any type of request Home: Same as described in a true way What I loved: 1) terrace in the kitchen, very spacious for dinner, breakfast 2) parking very close to the house 3) very quiet and quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car from the beach (in Punta Ala there is never traffic...) 4) the beach club is among the most renowned in the area, so it is a gift that has its own value

House as described, very clean ,immersed in the pine forest , a short walk from free and equipped beaches. Marina was very kind and available to answer our questions.

We had a really wonderful stay in Cala Piccola! The view is simply breathtaking and the terrace is a highlight - we enjoyed the sunset there almost every evening. Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped. Communication with the host was straightforward. Luigi showed us everything on site. We were able to use the beautiful little garden for yoga and our dog. The outdoor shower on these hot days was also wonderful. If we go on holiday to Monte Argentario again, we will definitely come back!

Very good location, very nice apartment with all the comforts. Very clean, perfect for a group of guests or a family. Overall, a very good choice for a stay at Isola del Giglio. The view is amazing. This is our first time using Airbnb and we are fully satisfied with the experience. The apartment is a real gem equipped with all comforts to spend a relaxing holiday. For us, the highlight was the spacious and very comfortable shower outside, so we never used the one in the en-suite bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The free beach is clean surrounded by a crystal clear sea that can be reached both on foot and by bike. Also pool and tennis court that you can use whenever you want. Francesca and Chiara, the hosts, were immediately available and kind, immediately answering all our questions and/or concerns. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation surrounded by greenery and the wonderful waters of Roccamare.

We were visiting for a week and felt very comfortable - the beach is super accessible on foot or with the bicycles provided. Immediately to the left on the beach is the Maremma Regional Park - super beautiful! We would find it super if there was a mosquito net upstairs in the bedroom. However, only noted on the edge - there are of course mosquitoes, but it is limited;) The garden is beautiful, the neighborhood quiet;) thank you!

Great stay in a beautiful little villa 2 steps from the sea. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the accommodation has a nice little garden and a private parking space. The city center is accessible in about fifteen minutes on foot, grocery stores and the sea are 5 minutes on foot. In short, everything was perfect, the accommodation, its location and the recommendations of our host. We highly recommend it!
