Holiday rentals with lake access in Tuscan Archipelago

Great for kids, relaxation, being in the middle of the nature, heated pool for kids, sauna, landscape and the list can continue

The house is really beautiful with a very nice, shared garden area. Directly next to the apartment is the other apartment that is placed in the building. The entrance is shared. The beach is directly across the road and even though the flat isn't far from the mainroad, it's perfectly quiet at night. The kitchen equipment is a bit sporadic but everything else was just fine.

For those who love quiet places, it is almost ideal: the house is located in a large garden, surrounded by trees, near the lagoon and is parked inside. You reach the sea on foot in five minutes, sandy and free beaches, clean and shallow sea. The area around June is extremely quiet, served with the essentials and a good seafood restaurant is also just a short walk away. It shares the space with a second apartment next door, but we think people who choose a place like this one are already tending to be discreet and we had no problem. If you like to stay by the sea in the middle of nature and appreciate the rustic, it's a great accommodation .

We stayed in the apartment for 9 days in September. The driveway to the house is on the main road, otherwise there are no houses nearby. The furnishings are traditional, everything is clean. Kitchen + bathroom were clean, well equipped and everything works well despite the age. There are two toilets. The refrigerator is large and relatively new. The washing machine in the yard as well. The double bed has good mattresses, is comfortable and does not squeak. The upholstery from the sofa bed in the dining room is no longer good. Plastic is pouring out. Check-in was at the reception of a residential complex about three kilometers away. There you also pay the tourist tax. The nice staff drove with us, the key, bed linen, towels, cleaning utensils to the house and showed us everything. On the main road there are many open containers for all types of garbage. The beautiful natural beach is right behind the house. Check out was also straightforward. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed a week after mid-August in 6 (2 families), great location for the free beach of the giannella but also from Porto s.stefano 10 min drive . The house was equipped with a large garden and patio great for dinner. 2 bedrooms and a loft and 2 bathrooms for a total of 9 beds Air conditioning and a washing machine, a plus, there was a lack of damage to the barbecue, but knowing it in advance, we brought a grill. The only sin is the slightly narrow gate that did not allow cars to enter, but the road was always free for parking during this time. We had a wonderful stay in this house! Everything was in perfect order and cleanliness, with a nice garden that was ideal for our three dogs. The surrounding area offers a lot: sea, lagoon, and lots of beautiful places to visit. The host was very helpful and gave us clear directions that made the place super easy to find. It was an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!

Hannelore is a super host, very friendly, always available and helpful! The place was clean and really quiet! On hot days the pool is really great for cooling off! The place is very secluded and is therefore really quiet and the scenery just beautiful! We had everything you need and even more :-) Hannelore takes great care of her guests! Thanks to the air conditioning, the nights were also pleasant and you could start the day well rested. We truly enjoyed a wonderful stay at this old villa built in 1897. Truly a gem due to its position: only 15 minutes walk to the sea but also the landscape and the whole area around the property was very nice. Very peaceful oasis where you can go for walks in the nature. Everything was as described. Our questions were always answered very quickly. The staff was extremely friendly. Orsola goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay in Castiglioncello. Ask her for the best restaurants and beaches. We really enjoyed the wonderful place and the hospitality and we are looking forward to come back soon!

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, if not better. It is a house inside a very well-kept and protected residence right in front of the sea, just cross the street. The house is really comfortable; Federico's parents welcomed us with kindness and accuracy. I highly recommend it for a week of sea and relaxation in the beautiful areas of the Argentario.

Apartment just above the seafront of Porto Santo Stefano with ample parking a few meters from the house. Clean and equipped with all comforts, but to improve soundproofing. Definitely an experience to replicate with a multi-day stop.

We stayed at the Moreto with a group of 14 friends. It was an extremely positive experience: the property is beautiful, well organized in the three apartments, clean and comfortable. Having booked the entire complex we were able to enjoy the garden and all the available spaces, including the barbecue for a great evening grill. Great location for both relaxing and celebrating together! The hosts were helpful and welcoming and provided us with the contact of a local chef who booked us a great Tuscan dinner on Saturday night. Everything was perfect!

Cozy house, tastefully furnished and very functional. Garden adjacent to the house completely fenced and furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. Perfect for those traveling with their dogs. You can take several walks near the house. Thanks for hosting us.
