La Capanna: country house with magnificent view

In the heart of Tuscany you find the estate Tirisondola. Located on the private top of a panoramic hill near the medieval town Chiusdino, it offers uninterrupted views over Tuscan forests, hills & olive groves. Relaxing calm environment, with the spirit of art & history, and ideally situated near the great cultural Tuscan centers and the sea. La Capanna is one of 3 individual and lovely Tuscan country houses, fully equipped with kitchen, 2 bed/living rooms, bath room and panoramic terrace.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! The pomegranate, Podere il Giglio

Podere il Giglio is a small farmhouse surrounded by 3 hectares of olive trees, it enjoys a lovely view . At guests' disposal there is an indipendent house 'il melograno', that can accommodate 4 people: living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms. Outdoor and a private gazebo. In the Podere there is a 5mt x 10 mt pool.
