Casa Chiassarello is located in a quiet and panoramic position, a short walk from the center of Roccastrada. The house, entirely in stone, is built from an old oil mill. The accommodation is an open space of about 80 square meters where there is a very spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a sleeping area with TV and fireplace. The accommodation overlooks a spacious veranda that can be used as a dining and relaxation area. Available to guests is a garden with a swimming pool for exclusive use.

The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
