Nettes Reihenhaus in einer ruhigen Seitengasse von Principina. Das Haus war sauber, nur die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ist das Haus vor allem im unteren Bereich trotzdem ausreichend kühl. In den beiden Schlafzimmern kann es recht war werden, aber es gibt Ventilatoren, die Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, man kann daher problemlos lüften. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und danken wir Virgilio für seine gute Betreuung.

Lovely authentic and traditional villa spanning four floors equipped with nice air conditioning to keep you cool under the beautiful san Vincenzo sun. The villa is located on a quiet street. Ample parking at either end of the street. The national park beach is a short 10-min drive away with easy parking and really stunning. Finally, Gian Paolo is a hero host. He helped me contact my car hire agency and translated for me when I couldn’t get through to them for a punctured tyre on the road. He even arranged a mechanic to come to me and fit a spare tyre. Thanks so much Gian Paolo! This host goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

Siamo stati ospiti di Paolo una settimana a settembre, casa accogliente e vicino alla spiaggia Reale, mare stupendo. Roberta che ci ha accolti con suo marito è stata una persona sempre disponibile e attenta ad ogni esigenza, inoltre ci siamo ritrovati a conversare piacevolmente con lei e suo marito e con il loro piccolo Zeno, un compagno di vita speciale, pronto ad accogliere ogni coccola. Struttura alloggiativa molto confortevole con splendida vista sul mare (dall'alto) in una zona molto tranquilla. Interno della struttura impeccabile; molto apprezzato anche lo spazio esterno ben attrezzato con tavolo, sedie, lettini, ombrellone. Plus? Lavatrice (in zona comune). Host disponibile anche nel darci suggerimenti (in merito a spiagge/passeggiate/ristoranti tipici...). Soggiorno di 6 notti su un'isola fantastica: sicuramente anche il favorevole tempo metereologico, la poca gente, e le fioriture primaverili hanno fatto la loro parte. Già pubblicizzata struttura (e zona) ad amici!

Un’esperienza bellissima immersi nella natura. Franca e Monica si sono dimostrate sin da subito molto gentili e disponibili. L’alloggio è veramente ben fornito anche di dettagli che non ci saremmo aspettati. E poi… che buona la torta di Franca! Grazie!

Roberto's house and its garden is in the middle of olive trees and nature and even cows come to say hello close by every day :-) It is really peacefull and calm place but at the same time only few minutes drive from Suvereto that is a lovely village with a very nice atmosphere and historical charm. We recommend the winery opposite to the church where you can taste wine and get some snacks and sit on the staircase under the church and listen to music, the ice cream nearby is also delicious :-) The house was really beautiful, spacious and clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Roberto and his wife were so friendly and their hospitality and helpfulness was very kind. Kids loved the garden and the 3 cats that came to cuddle from time to time :-) Great spot to visit the beaches in Barratti, San Vincenzo or Marina di Alberese that is by the Maremma National Park and is the top beach destination with only few people, keeps its wild character and we really recommend to come and enjoy. We did also visit beaches in Follonica and its aqua village as we travelled with 2 kids (5 and 8 y.). I can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

Posto incantevole, la casa ha tutto quello che può servire è accogliente e soprattutto fuori dal caos ma allo stesso con la macchina si raggiungono facilmente tutte i paesi e spiagge dell'isola. Ilaria è un Host eccellente. Sono certa che se tornassi ancora su questa bellissima isola la casa di Ilaria è sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Sehr schön gelegenes, stilvoll und persönlich eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man sich gleich ein bisschen wie zuhause fühlt. Der Ausblick ist gigantisch, die zwei großen Kiefern im Garten rauschen schön im Wind und es gibt so viele schöne Sitzgelegenheiten für jede Tageszeit. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Ein guter Ort, um von dort aus Elba zu erkunden, aber auch so schön, dass man gut einen ganzen Tag nur im und um das Haus verbringen kann. Kleines Manko, wenn man als zwei Paare/ Familien kommt: es gibt keine zwei gleichwertigen Schlafzimmer. (Aber ausreichend Platz für alle) Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Attento alle richieste che gli vengono fatte .Molto veloce nelle risposte e disponibile a darti le indicazioni per raggiungere l alloggio , che è come indicate nelle foto presenti dispone di tutto quello che serve x una piacevole permanenza Una nota di merito la voglio dare alla disponibilità di utilizzo della bicicletta . Con la quale si può visitare ben oltre il lungo mare di Cecina . Ma anche la bellissima pineta che collega Cecina a Bibbona Un posto speciale per gli occhi e che permette di accedere a stralci di spiaggia unici e poco affollati La consiglio a tutti

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Appartment. Es war sehr sauber und die Möbel auf dem neuesten Stand. Zudem gut gelegen und der eigene Parkplatz war super! Die Kommunikation mit Francescas Mann war immer schnell und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Casa come da descrizione, molto pulita ,immersa nella pineta , a pochi passi dalle spiagge libere e attrezzate. Marina è stata molto gentile e disponibile a rispondere alle nostre domande.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Cala Piccola! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend und die Terrasse ein Highlight - wir haben fast jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang dort genossen. Alles war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert. Vor Ort hat uns Luigi alles gezeigt. Den schönen kleinen Garten konnten wir für Yoga und unseren Hund nutzen. Herrlich war auch die Aussendusche an diesen heißen Tagen. Wenn wir nochmal auf Monte Argentario Urlaub machen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Appartamento grande e fornito di tutto il necessario, non mancava assolutamente nulla, perfetto! Federica fin dal primo momento si è dimostrata molto gentile e sempre disponibile in qualsiasi necessità.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ruhig und in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, die Haltestelle der Fähre und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Christina antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich.

È la prima volta che utilizziamo Airbnb e siamo pienamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'appartamento è un vero gioiellino dotato di tutti i confort per poter trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Per noi, fiore all'occhiello è stata la doccia fuori spaziosa e comodissima per cui non abbiamo mai utilizzato quella del bagno interno. Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. La spiaggia libera è pulita contornata da un mare cristallino raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Oltretutto piscina e campo da tennis da poter utilizzare ogni qual volta si vuole. Francesca e Chiara, le host, sono state da subito disponibili e gentili rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le nostre domande e/o dubbi. Vivamente consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde e nelle meravigliose acque di Roccamare.

Wir waren eine Woche auf Besuch und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern super erreichbar. Gleich links am Strand grenzt der Regionalpark der Maremma - super schön ! super würden wir finden, wenn es oben im Schlafzimmer ein Mücken Netz geben würde. Allerdings nur am Rande notiert - mücken gibt es natürlich, aber es haltet sich in Grenzen;) Der Garten ist schön die Nachbarschaft ruhig;) dankeschön!

Super séjour dans une magnifique petite villa à 2 pas de la mer. Située dans un quartier calme, le logement possède un joli petit jardin et une place de parc privée. Le centre ville est accessible en une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, épiceries et mer à 5min à pieds. Bref tout était parfait, tant le logement, que sa situation et les recommandations de notre hôte. Nous recommandons vivement !

Host molto gentile e presente: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Appartamento molto confortevole, estremamente pulito ed organizzato. Molto piacevole la veranda: fruibile per tutta la giornata essendo sempre riparata dal sole. Comoda la piscina condominiale. Località ideale per famiglie con bambini
