We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had a wonderful week in Gloria's house. Our four-legged friend also felt totally comfortable in nature. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. The property is a nice size and is perfect for eating outside, relaxing in the hot tub or just lying in the sun. The way to the house is a little challenging, but with a normal car and a little driving experience it can be mastered. Gloria was always available to us and gave us good excursion tips for the area in advance. Even with any inquiries, she always reacted very quickly and helped us. It is perfect for simply getting out and enjoying the nature and tranquility of Tuscany. We will be happy to come back!

Jacopo was a great host! Available and kind, he immediately worked to solve small problems encountered when we arrived, wifi did not work x the modem fault, a small pot was missing x heat the milk (ruined by previous guests) and the bedroom did not have the curtain x darken the light, the day after he had already resolved the wifi failure, bought a new pot and also a new moka and put the curtain in the room. The house is in a quiet location, of course I can hear the cars passing but the new windows perfectly isolate the rooms and you can sleep without problems, the outdoor veranda where you can eat is very nice, the garden is large and fenced, our dog really appreciated. The house is equipped with a/c although in reality it is always fresh. The only downside is the lack of a small microwave or air fryer, to be able to heat or cook fast dishes, but this certainly did not ruin our vacation, we naturally adapted with the fires.

We had wonderful days in Zanca. The location and views are unique. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped. The sea view terrace invites you to relax and is nestled in a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. Hikes are possible right from the front door and also St. Andrea is a really charming place. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend a stay with Maria Luisa and her husband.

Giovanni was the most attentive host e.g., the food basket was an unexpected but welcome surprise on our first night arriving a bit late. It was also great to learn about the history of how Giovanni's family has been taking care of this isolated hamlet for generations. The complex and the individual buildings have been restored to their original glory and beyond considering some additional architectural creativity with the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with every tool or piece of glassware or crockery you would find in a regular coutryside home. The location makes both the hills and the seashore pretty accessible. The solitary, winding road leading to it is worth the experience alone.

The cottage is lovely, well-equipped, everything in the photos. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great garden, beautiful birds sing, you can really relax, sun loungers, gazebo. Very quiet neighborhood. The only downside - bikes are not suitable for use… I would love to go back! Definitely worth recommending.

Giovanni's place fully meets the expectations given by the description and images. We were on site with 3 adults and 3 kids. That is also the maximum and rather very tight but that was clear to us beforehand. The house is a bit remote and about 2.5 km from the place Scarlino. We found it very quiet and in a wonderful location. We took the bike to the bakery in the morning to buy fresh rolls. However, the highlight is the fantastic large pool which was used extensively in the morning and in the afternoon before and after our beach day. Furthermore, you can also rest under a beautiful shade place under the huge palm tree by the pool. The nearest beach is about 10km away in Follonica. The beach is very large and long but of course very crowded during the summer holidays. We looked at and enjoyed almost all the beaches 30min away. The city of Pisa is also easily accessible in 1 hour 45 minutes and is very worth seeing

We spent a night in the guest house with two dogs and had a great time! Place located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside where peace and tranquility reign. We'll definitely be back to spend a few more days.

Very kind, helpful and responsive host. Clean, functional house and a stone's throw from the beach. The outdoor space is strategic, both for the dog and for the equipment (gazebo, outdoor shower, deckchair, barbecue). Truly a great experience. to do again.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy life. Large pool with lounge chairs, perfect outdoor seating at the each unit and a large common covered area too, Shoot a few hoops or play ping pong. Nice laundry machine with soap to reduce your suitcase size. Oh, I couldn’t believe how nice all the landscaping was perfectly manicured. Very well kept place with so much character.

The house lives from Gloria, who is a perfect host and a soul of man. She personally accompanied us to the accommodation, explained everything to us and spoiled with homemade delicacies and Tuscan specialties: homemade bread and cookies, jam, fresh fruit, water in the fridge, Tuscan olive oil and coffee. Because it sometimes got quite cool during our stay in October, she also brought us wood and lighters for the open fireplace. We had three cozy days in the blue garden house, which certainly unfolds its charm in summer even more if you can use the garden and the beautiful terraces. The sea is only a few kilometers away by bike or car. Highly recommended is also the vegetarian restaurant, which Gloria runs together with her sister, about 1 km from the house.

We had a wonderful time at Vittoria‘s cottage and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The house with the garden + barbecue area and the pool are really great. Also the area around it is just so nice! The house is well equipped, although it could have been a little bit cleaner upon our arrival. Vittoria, Paola and Antonio were available the whole time and took great care of everything. Thank you again - we would definitely recommend this place!

The four of us with a dog were able to spend very nice days in this cozy house with the wonderful garden. Paolo and Lidia are very nice and accommodating hosts. We got a lot of good information about the garden and the surrounding area. Thanks again for that. There is a lot to discover in the area (beaches, lake, beautiful villages...). But we also spent very nice hours in the garden and at the pretty pool. Very relaxing!

We spent two and a half wonderful weeks in this holiday home. Both Andrea from Be Home Services and in particular the owners Nara and Nino welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions and very helpful. We liked the secluded location of the house very much - you have a stunning panoramic view and it is largely very quiet despite the neighbors. It should be known that the nearby Villa Ulignano is used as a wedding location. On two weekends, there was live music until the early hours of the morning, which was clearly audible, but did not bother us excessively. It is worth mentioning that the lower floor shown on the exterior shots of the house cannot be used, but serves as a storage room for the owners. The drive to the house is - as already described here - quite adventurous and leads a few kilometers over unpaved, partly steep paths. If you drive slowly, this is easy to cope with.

I had a wonderful time at Sara's place! The place was not only super clean and cozy, but also had that certain something. You immediately notice that it was decorated here with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying. A very special highlight was Sara's two dogs – incredibly friendly and lovable, they made the stay even more beautiful.

A peaceful oasis. A terraced garden cared for in every detail with a wide variety of plants. Swimming pool overlooking the valley, the house is equipped with every comfort. Relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this truly unique property!

Sabrina has made a little paradise here! The cottage is very tastefully and lovingly decorated and there is everything you need. The complex in and of itself is wonderfully embedded in the landscape with a typical flora and fauna as well as a wonderful view! The infinity pool with its soft water is unique! Sabrina is a very gracious host - always available - with good tips for the region - but not intrusive at all! We enjoyed the time very much and will come back!

We would definitely repeat our stay. It was very calm and in the middle of nature. We had a lovely stay with our dog. You can also reach to the small village by walk, where there is a restaurant with views. Alessandro was also a great host. I would definitely recommend this place!
