Si raggiunge tutte le località di interesse della provincia in circa 40 minuti . Si trova inoltre ad un’ora dal mare della Maremma. Vicino alla struttura ci sono bar, ristoranti ( uno presente al piano terra che offre un ottimo servizio e che non crea disturbo) alimentari e alcuni negozi .

Bright, quiet and comfortable, it is located in front of the Mura Medicee, the perimeter of Grosseto's historical centre and the heart of the city, from which you can admire the Cassero Senese. One of the main bus stops is 50 metres away. You can take advantage of a 10% discount at the 'Bastion Contrario' restaurant, which I own very close to the structure.

Casa Niko is located on the main street of the village of Caldana, Gavorrano (GR). It has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed with a pull-out bed in the common area, for a total of 4 beds and a bathroom with shower. The room is on the first floor, is comfortable and bright and is equipped with air conditioning and bed linen and towels. A few steps away you will find public parking, a public park, bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is about 200 meters away.

We offer a beautiful Tuscan guest house – the house dates back more than 150 years – but of course it is completely refurbished. The Guest house can be rented throughout the entire year.
