At 5 minutes from his house, there is the small Crocodile beach, small but with a crystal clear sea. Elisabetta is a fantastic person, always ready to satisfy you in everything and very fast in communicating. Present for anything, made me feel at home, I will definitely come back to her. Grazioso monolocale per 2 persone, semplice ma romantico nei suoi colori lillà e bianco. E' composto da locale principale con letto matrimoniale che si collega con un arco aperto alla zona cucina, completamente equipaggiata per cucinare. A soli 100 m dalle meravigliose spiagge della Padulella, che vedete in foto e di Capobianco, con ciottoli bianchi.
What guests are saying:“We found ourselves very well, Mrs. Linda's reception was unexceptionable and she gave herself to useful advice. The island is wonderful and I recommend that you live it not in full season (July August) but in other months like we did. the beaches are reminiscent of a Caribbean sea, people are friendly. The location of the apartment is very comfortable and the town of Porto Ferraio is very easy to reach. The private beach of this apartment is very intimate this season and the bar / restaurant managers are friendly and really taken for their work. We ate great fish without expensive and friendly prices. Undoubtedly to be redone”

What guests are saying:“We spent a week in Rossana's apartment in early June 2019. Thanks to Rossana's great guidance we found it well even in the night. Especially the terrace and the garden are exceptional. The bed is good, the kitchen well equipped and everything is pretty clean so that we felt good during our stay. The arrangement of the rooms in our opinion could be a little better, as the second bed is the sofa in the living room and the attempt to make this "room" separate-able (big glas slide door) obviously was ambitious but functionally-wise doesn't provide a top-notch solution. But as said, the outside of the apartment easily makes up for the good but not completely great inside. The village itself is small but has a bar that makes good cappuccino and pizza in the evening so that was great. Thanks very much for having us, we definitely enjoyed our week on Elba quite a bit!! ;-)”
