Monthly Rentals in Sandwich

Great location! Well maintained. Enjoyed sunrises from the back deck. Very walkable to Decatur House where my mom lives, also Beth’s Bakery, Lo Adora for great Italian takeout and wine, ant the Sandwich Boardwalk! Mark was very friendly and hardworking at keeping his property in great shape. Highly recommend!

A lovely secluded little place! The multiple beds (and pack n play!) in 2 bedrooms fit our family well. Our kids loved playing on the outdoor trampoline and looking at the chickens, and we all enjoyed the farm fresh eggs! The family lives in the main part of the house, and the guesthouse is attached but entirely separate and private. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cara's place was expertly appointed and decorated as well as very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home with the quirky floors and eclectic decorations. It was quiet with a small town feel and we felt like the only ones there even though it was part of a commercial building. There was a nice write up of tips on the table and how to use things in the apartment but I would have liked to see that in the listing ahead of time. Would help understand what was there and how to navigate things like the plug in the bathroom only works with the light switch on. You would have laughed at me drying my hair one day with a plug in the kitchen. :) All minor things but would be helpful to know ahead of time. Cara was always friendly and helpful when asked and she notified us of when there was a bridal appointment next door.

Mary’s place was perfect for us. We loved the house it was so calming and gorgeous. We truly had the most fun ever on our little girls trip. Mary was very quick to respond and was super helpful. Although she lives on the property, the space was very separate and we had tons of privacy. I would visit every summer!
