Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

There are water views from both the living room and deck. Grab the provided beach chairs, cooler and walk a 140 steps from the deck to the beach. Location! Close to Cape Cod Canal, many restaurants, beaches, walking trails, Golf Courses, and Cape Cod Bridge (5 min).

This adorable beach cottage comes with everything you need for a nice & relaxing getaway. The beach is a short walk of about 5-8 minutes down the street. 2 beach chairs, towels & a cooler are provided. Come home to an outdoor grill and deck furniture to continue your outdoor experience. Fenced in yard and open to having well trained dogs (no more than 2) for an additional one time $100 fee. Sorry no other pets considered.
