Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Juan

Host was very responsive. Had an issue with one of AC units in the room, and he had a tech at the house within hours. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you!

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Eduardo’s place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The beach was walking distance and we also enjoyed the pool. We took advantage of having a kitchen to cook some of our meals. Appreciate the basket of beach towels provided. Check-in was easy and grateful for accommodating a late checkout request. Communication was great — he was always responsive. Thank you!

Extremely clean Airbnb! The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were amazing. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio with the view.

If you happen to come across this link for your AirBNB search, BOOK IT! We traveled with a party of 9, and at no point did it feel like space was an issue. The location is SAFE (gated entry), clean, and has everything you need within walking or a short drive. Parking was a non-issue for multiple cars, and you have a brand new pickleball, basketball court, and a pool outside of your front door. The garage was equipped with all your beach needs with multiple chairs and coolers for your beach visit. The host Federico was equally amazing, as response time was a non-issue. We were having trouble with beach access cards upon arrival and he took care of that asap. There was so much to do from local beaches, to Calle A and all their restaurants, to enjoying what the grounds have to offer with their casino and gaming center. Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful place.

It was a great stay. Exactly what I needed

Javier was such a great host and the property was as advertised. A group of us visited for my wife’s birthday. He was very proactive in communicating details about check-in and sent detailed recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Any time we had a question, he was always quick to respond and very friendly. He even stopped by on my wife’s birthday with a delicious strawberry chantilly cake for our group to celebrate with her. It was just an awesome experiment we’d recommend anyone visiting Puerto Rico stay here.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

This stay was perfect! I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a rainforest getaway with your significant other.

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.
