Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Juan

The house was about 40 minutes from the airport in a safe, gated community. Directions and instructions were sent the day of check in and were easy to follow. No problem finding the property. Many recommendations sent and we used the driver and the car rental suggested. Both great! House was beautiful and spotless. Smelled wonderful! There is another house attached with a separate entrance and pool if you have more people in your group. We had an issue with toilet and someone was sent right away to fix it. Responses were always quick. Very close to many places including restaurants and shopping . Beach is close by also. There are activities to do in the gated community which was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Incredible stay. All the details hung together perfectly. We were looking for something both luxe but different and close to the beach. This was a 3 minute walk to the beach and frankly was as close as you can get to the beach other than millionaires’ homes and mega hotels. This place stood out like a crown jewel from the rest. The greenhouse room was up a spiral staircase, and being at the end of our short trip to PR I felt like I could truly unwind, swing in the hammock and appreciate just being - before moving to the next part of our itinerary. Highlights were the unique architecture. Interior decor / aesthetic. Great AC / fan. Cozy lighting. Hammock was fun. Curtains did their trick. Shower was huge and felt outdoorsy. This place was the tits! My boyfriend who is a light sleeper was worried at first about light disrupting him, and noise - GOOD NEWS is the curtains did their thing as very thick material. Noise levels were high until 10:30 or so (from the sky bar!) then no noise!

Andie was an amazing host! She is very friendly and had great energy. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean, restroom was clean, easy parking, no concerns! The dog was also nice too lol. Easy drive to Old San Juan, quick access to the freeway. I very much enjoyed my stay here and worth every penny!

Thank you Sammy! Our stay was fantastic. The house is just as described, beautiful. It is very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The pool was amazing, and clean. Dorado and the location of the house felt very safe and beautiful. We arrived the day of the power outage in PR. We had no issues the house has a generator. We actually didn't realize everyone else was out of power until we left our house. Sammy did an amazing job of sending over recommendations of restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else we could have needed before we checked into the house. It was super helpful. I had a few questions while on the trip and Sammy responded within minutes. I appreciate the quick response and great recommendations. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This is a superbly located no-frills dormitory-style rental that can accommodate a large group among its private bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and opens to the outside courtyard. The kitchen also opens up to the outside courtyard. 5-minute walk to the beach, and within walking distance to dozens of restaurants, cafes, bars, and the Ocean Park Walgreens which has many quality grocery staples. The kitchen is barely stocked and very minimally provisioned. There is a microwave but no oven, so cooking is limited to the stovetops. The rooms all have A/C but the kitchen does not and the only other communal area where you can gather/eat together is out on the shared courtyard. If you're looking for a simple and well located home base to lay your head as you explore PR, with private bedrooms, this place is perfect. The host was very responsive and helpful when we needed it and check-in/out was a breeze. Would recommend fully.

The house is spacious, comfortably accommodated our group of eight. It sits atop of the hill with a stunning mountain view. Driving up the hill was a bit challenging at first, but we quickly got used to it. Mailyn was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Overall it's a great stay!

Great location near everything you’ll need, safe and clean this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Lori was great provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Will definitely stay at Elle’s place again in the future.

Great place. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean. Pristine shower and toilet. Everything needed for preparing a meal was provided. Great view from the bedroom windows. A/C was cold. Andi was very nice and accomodating. There were free peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches for guest. An easy 10 minute walk to the grocery and bus stop. 30 minute walk to the Supermaxi. 5/5 recommended!

I stayed at Cobian’s Plaza for just one day, and even though I was initially hesitant since the listing was new and had no reviews, I’m so glad I gave it a chance! The experience exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent — right in the heart of San Juan, with everything you need within walking distance. There’s a great local coffee shop nearby, a variety of restaurants just a short stroll away, and even a movie theater close by for a relaxed night out. The dog park nearby was also a big plus, especially if you’re traveling with a pet. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the building felt secure and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, which helped ease my initial concerns. Overall, Cobian’s Plaza turned out to be a hidden gem — a convenient, comfortable place in a great location. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Andie is a great host! She was very communicative and was flexible when I had last minute changes to my check-in time. Andie showed me around the property and introduced me to the other guest sharing the space. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The AC kept the room very cool. The location was perfect for getting around San Juan while staying out of the busiest tourist areas.

This is my first airbnb experience & I must say it was a nice. The location is quiet (neighborhood) and safe, plus having guest parking is nice. The apt is nice & cozy for what I needed with plenty of space (kitchen/living room) to move around. For those that are not familiar with the area, you're very close to a mall (Plaza las Américas), plenty of restaurants & short trip to Old San Juan. Andie is an excellent, friendly host who is actively making sure everything is ready & comfortable for you. One of the best parts of my trip was being welcomed by her dog, Usagi (bonus), who was happy to receive me each time. She is very sweet, calm and friendly co-host. I highly recommend this place & will return if possible.

Jorge was a wonderful host! He was very responsive to requests and was awesome with helping us navigate the island. As for the property, it is definitely worth staying a bit outside San Juan to stay at this property. Ubering to San Juan was never difficult or too expensive, so having the beach immediately outside our door is a worthy trade-off.

Elle was the most amazing host! Truly worrs can’t describe how great of a host she was and how great her space is! She was flexible about check in (we arrived at 9 am and she told us we could check i whenever as the place was ready!). The space was spotless, well equipped and cute! She even had a welcome basket for us. Amenities were amazing. She had beach chairs, towels, and toys. Elle was super responsive whenever we messaged. We even chatted about our love of dogs extensively. Elle had TONS of recommendations of things to do and places to eat. I travel to PR often and will likely be booking Elle’s place again!

A fantastic place to stay in Puerto Rico! The beach is just across the street, right next to the vibrant main area of Dorado. Some of the island’s best dining and attractions are just minutes away. The beach here is stunning—perfect for relaxing or enjoying water activities. This place has everything you need—parking, great amenities, and a comfortable setup. The host was amazing, making sure we had everything for a perfect stay. One of the best meals we had was at El Villa de Lester—highly recommended! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the AC kept the entire space cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the place, the pool was a really nice addition, bed was comfortable although it did need better blankets, but overall I enjoyed my stay. It’s very close to many things like the beach, restaurants, etc.

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Quiet, clean and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included with our stay. I didn't try the hot tub, but it was nice to chill next to it. We also had a lovely green small balcony that was perfect for sunset reading. The only negative side was no full length mirror to check how you look and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Otherwise will recommend for sure.

Casa Wilson is at 5 to 10 min walk of everything in Condado. It is a little bit cheaper than similare guest house nearer of Ashford avenue and it worth it if your willing to walk a little. The room was confortable and the incluses breakfast was perfect. The bathroom could have been cleaner. We arrive in advance and let us check in early.

Staying at Joaquin’s place is nothing short of magical. He has created a retreat from the world while still being able to see it below from the house and the gardens. I learned so much about Puerto Rica and botany. Joaquin is such a special person with a huge heart and unbelievable knowledge. You’ll want to talk to him for hours! Meeting the other guests was a fun experience as well. I appreciated that my room had a private bathroom and refrigerator. The breakfast Joaquin made was so beautiful and filling. Can’t recommend staying here enough- it’s uniquely captivating. I’m looking forward to coming back to see my new friend and his ever-evolving sanctuary!

Perfectly situated on a residential street in downtown San Juan. Beautiful room in a beautiful, well maintained property. Hosts are so friendly and breakfast was great every morning with local cuisine. Updated amenities with old world charm. Loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again. Very walkable to the rest of old San Juan.

I don‘t even know where to start - the Lodge was everything we imagined and even more. From the moment we entered we felt instantly at home and got a very warm welcome by Matthew and the other guests. Matthew himself is such an interesting person - he knows aaaall the paths in El Yunque and good restaurants and doesn’t hesitate to greet you with a juicy mango („I have to get rid of them“ 😁) and some fresh coconut juice. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, also the views from the common areas are great. The vibe in the lodge was very laid-back and chill, and so were the people. All in all, 2 nights were not enough - I would love to come back (and enjoy another amazing vegetarian breakfast, too!) thank you, Matthew!
