Amazing apartment and even more amazing hosts. The apartment is super cozy and clean! I felt right at home. It is very central to all the fun nightlife in Viejo San Juan, yet still quiet enough when you enter that it makes for a great balance. Shara was very responsive and friendly to talk with. 10/10 and I recommend for any stays in Viejo San Juan!

Had a wonderful stay at Zoe's! The unit is beautiful with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. You're a short walk from all sorts of great restaurants and bars, as well as just a couple blocks from the beach. Really appreciated how responsive and accommodating Zoe was. Also, she provides a number of restaurant recommendations we definitely endorse. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place is absolutely amazing. Private, tranquil, perfectly situated for walking around. The whole space is beautifully decorated and the rooftop is a slice of heaven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while you rest yourself from a long day of walking. highly recommend.

Our family of four (including a 9 year old and a 6 year old) spent spring break in Puerto Rico, and this was the perfect home base! The condo was centrally located and impeccably maintained with beautiful views of the city.

Great! Loved the location— right on the beach, quiet, great for vacation. The common space got great use and the unit was very accommodating to our large group. Would recommend!

Place is in an excellent location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood had some water issues while we were there but Manuela was very responsive and provided water for us.

What an awesome, eclectic apartment! Right in the middle of all the old San Juan has to offer. Cyrus went over and above in describing the place with videos, written instructions throughout the home and also a video on how to check in (you need to walk thru a small shop). Even with an unexpected 11:30pm arrival…we easily found the place, lockbox and our way into the apartment. While in the middle of bars and restaurants and lively nightlife, once in the room- we had a quiet and peaceful sleep. If you want to be in the middle of all that old San Juan has to offer…this is the place!!!

The location is absolutely perfect. Clad is very nice and responsive. The place is huge. The only downside is the shower water doesn’t get very hot. Other than that, it was perfect.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! There are many things to do in the area, and we enjoyed how close we were to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here and we would book again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay! Host is super responsive! I traveled alone and felt safe at all time especially in the building! Security are friendly and helpful!! The loft was clean and provided all you’d need for a comfy stay! The view was beautiful and it matches the pictures! The location, spectacular! The beach was across the street and several restaurants, boutiques and health mart, I recommend la hacienda for coffee, they also have rose, wine, snacks, delicious sandwiches, and a they also have really good cilantro chicken salad. I would and plan on staying here again!

My friends and I had an extraordinary weekend at this incredible place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space is not only super comfortable but also impeccably clean and safe, making it the perfect spot for a great getaway. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to “La Placita” for vibrant nightlife and surrounded by a variety of fantastic restaurants. It’s also a quick drive to the historic charm of Old San Juan, making it easy to explore the area. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and the linens and towels were soft and luxurious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The inclusion of a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus, especially in an area where parking is so rare! This place truly lacks nothing – every detail was thoughtfully considered, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this gem to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Such a beautiful peaceful neighborhood. We loved/enjoyed our time in this beautiful lovely home. Will highly recommend staying here. The host was such an amazing & extremely helpful to our needs. Loved it loved it loved it for my first time flying to Puerto Rico…. Will definitely book again next time I come to visit again.

This place was great. Beautifully furnished with lots of great decorations. Everything was described as it was and also pictures did the same. Very clean and welcoming and would definitely go back. The host was great, called to make sure everything was Ok with check in and was very responsive with messaging. I would highly recommend this place when staying in Old San Juan. Great location.

The place was perfect for a small family. Very kid friendly, we especially loved the kid toys inside and outside. The beach towels and bags were perfect for our beach day. Overall, perfect stay.
