This place was WHY we booked our trip. The reviews don't lie. We adored the pets, our daughter cried having to leave them. The location is so gorgeous and special. Hector and Kim have thought of everything, right down to OTC meds in first aid drawer (not expired!). They were always available and so helpful. Kim's artwork was amazing throughout the house. We appreciated knowing we had a backup plan for water and electricity.

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Very accommodating and kind! Was accessible and helpful! It’s definitely small, but truly comfortable and was the perfect place to rest and make small meals.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico! The GPS made the home a little difficult at first but after calling Jorge he sent the exact address & got us to the right place. The home was very clean besides a few dust bunnies in the bedroom closet & a couple stains on one beach towel. However, the property provided towels, beach towels, snorkels & goggles & so much more. The home was also very central to all activities we took part in. 15 minutes from the airport, 30 mins to El Yunque,20 to old San Juan/ T-mobile District. This was a very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. The sitting area was very peaceful & the owner of the property was a sweet little lady that brought us more towels and shared insight on best places for souvenirs and local restaurants. We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

Staying at this Airbnb was truly a magical experience. The fact that it’s located within a historic district added an extra layer of charm and beauty to our stay, we genuinely felt like we were part of something special, and thats also because I love architecture. The property itself is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly in order, spotless, and arranged with such care and attention to detail that it immediately made us feel at home. From the clear and thoughtful instructions provided from start to finish, to the small touches like snacks and water upon arrival, and all considerations Jaime had with us; every detail elevated the experience. It’s rare to find a place where every element feels so intentional and warm. I fully recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a first-class experience in Fajardo.

My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days and it was amazing! We felt so comfortable and at peace here. It wasn’t a loud area + there was restaurants, cafes and a supermarket near by. Yesenia also provided me a list of things near by which was super helpful. As far as the condo it was perfect for just him & I. There was everything that you would need!!! I 1000% recommend staying here for 2. Yesenia was the best!!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s away from the hustle but not too far from things to do. The pool and the outdoor kitchen are amazing. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool every morning. It was nice to be able to grill in the evening. Had everything we needed. Would highly recommend Andrea’s place!

Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

I have been using Airbnb for 10 years now. This is my favorite one! Aida and her husband felt like my Aunt and Uncle! I’m a single female and felt completely safe and at home the entire time. I had trouble with my rental car and my “Uncle” took care of it! There’s a mango tree on the property, so we had fresh ones the entire trip! Delicious! This trip was a graduation gift for my daughter. When we arrived, my “Aunt” had a surprise waiting on the bed! So thoughtful! If you want to escape the busy city life, this is it! The sounds and smells of the country paradise awaits!

Our stay was absolutely amazing, I don’t have enough words to say how welcome and at home we felt here.

From check in to check out Kristina was an amazing help! She set everything up perfectly and even decorated for my birthday. The space itself was clean and had everything we needed! It was so nice being steps away from the house after a long beach day. Will definitely be back!

The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—from the cozy bed and cold A/C to the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful amenities. The outdoor space was a peaceful retreat, with lush greenery and a shaded sitting area we loved relaxing in. Our host went above and beyond—providing beach chairs, towels, coolers, coffee, and even homemade treats. Her communication was fast, kind, and helpful, and she offered assistance with things like airport transportation, which was so appreciated. If you're considering staying here—do it! We would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Adienid’s place was fantastic! It met all of my family’s needs. We love the location and the convenience of staying there. We will most certainly book again when we return to PR.

I had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is great, and the place has everything you could need. It’s cozy, charming, and offers plenty of privacy. Plus, it’s conveniently close to everything, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The perfect place!

We felt right at home in this space. If we come to town again we surely checking on your space first. Just the right amount of commute to everything we planned to do. Amenities provided was great too from kitchen stuff to beach going stuff. Appreciate your last minute flexibility with checkout time as well.

Karin’s home was a home away from home. Everything was as described and pictured. The home was specious, and provided beach chairs and coolers for our beach adventures. Karin provided detailed instructions for arriving and entering into the home. The neighborhood was nice and quite. It was the perfect location, as it was near all the places I needed to go to. I would definitely return to Karin’s home.

The place was great. Nice, peaceful…..loved the sounds of nature. Felt like I was listening to a recording!😄 We were busy vacationing so didn’t really need to speak with Lissette. Our only issue was that the water did not get hot. It was more lukewarm but again we were busy with activities so it didn’t really bother us. We drove everywhere so this was out of congestion but close enough to not be far away. I would definitely stay again!!

Very nice place just needs a little more sun light in to the house, loved the trees, patio and the coqui sound that put me to sleep I would come back there.
