Milagro's apartment was just lovely and so clean. It was perfect for us to get some rest and close to the airport. Upon arriving I did have trouble getting in, because I was doing the combination wrong, lol. So I called Milagro and she helped me every step of the way and was so friendly. The apartment is private, upstairs and had a beautiful wooden door to entrance. Also McDonald's, Bebos's BBQ and a few other places were in walking distance. Thank you for hosting my family. Margarita’s place is exactly what we are looking for in old San Juan - location, great sunlight, and a historical cultural vibe. The place is very spacious with great furniture layout. The bed is extremely comfy. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Huge California King with 100% cotton sheets. I loved our stay, including the loud music downstairs. Isn’t that we are looking for in part of the experience of the old town? The roof table is amazing. It provides so much sunlight and ventilation to the space, so the space feels very open. I also like Margarita’s furniture choices and placement as an interior designer. All the furniture feels really well placed and adds great accent to the place. Last, if you care a lot about water pressure in the shower, maybe a lot of San Juan apartment is not a good choices for you. The shower is very underwhelming but that seems like a universal problem in San Juan.

Nice home with everything you’ll need for a family. Good neighborhood with an authentic feel, very clean and organized. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great stay! Place was just what we needed as a traveling couple of 2 looking for a resting/landing place between our adventures on the island. It was clean and Rebeca was responsive and communicative. It may appear small, but it truly had everything one would need in its space, comfortable bed, working AC, a TV, warm shower and a small little kitchen area if one wanted to eat "in". The place was super functional and at a great value! Would stay here again!

Neighborhood and sketchy at first, but neighbors are really nice. The only thing is the door is a little tricky to lock and unlock but stay was great not far from anything 15 min from beach 10min from the rainforest and 30 min from old San Juan

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

This was not my first time staying at Samuel and his wife’s Airbnb, and once again, it was an incredible experience. The hosts are truly excellent, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space is always clean, peaceful, and tucked away from the chaos, which makes it the perfect getaway. I genuinely felt at home here. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. However, if the sounds of coquis (Puerto Rican tree frogs) and other wildlife aren’t your thing, this might not be the best fit. For me, it’s part of the charm and why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay at Xavier's Place! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Xavier's Airbnb, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from security and an immaculate space that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions. The cozy ambiance of the house made it feel like a home away from home. The pool was amazing!! Overall, our stay was fantastic and relaxing. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming place to stay. We can not wait to return!!

The best place to stay in La isla del encanto! Great location!! The apartment very clean. Carlos, the owner very responsive, the view is great. Everything is close by, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach. No bugs, the Air conditioner works perfect!! I will go again and no doubts that I will stay there again. Diana was a great host! Communication was quick and easy. The location and space were perfect for my mommy-daughter getaway. I felt safe in the area and my 6-year-old had so much fun at the pool and the beach. The house had everything we needed, down to the beach chairs. Easy access to stores and local restaurants. A quick ride from the airport. Everyone from the security to the cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. Next time we come to PR this will be the first place I check for availability.

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Gabriel was as an excellent host-- extremely responsive & quick to answer any questions we may of had. The views of the beach from Gabriel's Airbnb are stunning-- absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a great spot to stay in Puerto Rico-- I highly recommend a stay at Gabriel's spot!
