This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

The appartement was exactly like the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom renovated, large bedroom with huge walk-in. Brand new appliances, two flats screen tv and washing machine + dryer. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. My kids slept well on the hide bed sofa but I wouldn't recommend it for adult (confort). The entire building is under renovation but didn't bother us. We enjoyed the play game room with ping pong table, pool etc. The grocery store and drugstore was at a walking distance. I recommend and would definitely go back

Beautiful & very clean place , it’s a far walk to the beach, but not too bad with car. The pool within the village is very close. Villa has all the amenities of home. Definitely recommend.

If you've decided to stay in Old San Juan (pro: history and atmosphere; con: traffic, not close to the beach), you will not do better than this place. The high ceilings and huge windows facing the street had all the ambiance you could imagine. We easily walked to all the historic sites. As others have mentioned, we enjoyed sitting on the couch and people-watching through the open windows. Perhaps because it was a holiday week, the noise from passerbys on their way to bars in the evening was considerable, although once we closed the big windows it was never a problem sleeping. The host met us at the door for an orientation to the apartment (a few quirky features) and the neighborhood. It felt like a bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!

I loved this apartment. Everything was as described and in the pictures. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was prefect. Within walking distance and close to all of the best bars and restaurants in the area. All of our questions were answered promptly. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Janette’s for just under a month and was happy with my time spent. Definitely a space for 1 or 2 people max, but comfortable and has everything you need. Janette is so kind, friendly and proactive. I’ll be back!

Wow! What an amazing stay for a week in PR! It was the best. Chaonte was awesome. He was very helpful and quick with anything we needed. He even made an iterney for us ! That was awesome in itself. He kept us very busy and we got to see and do many things. We opted in the full service and it didn’t disappoint! It was great to have a cleaner , chef and driver. The food was amazing - the brunches were the bomb! The drivers Javier and Voss were definitely a plus. Sign up for the natural waterside, and cliff jumping with Voss. He did a great job. He took amazing photos and videos for us at no additional charge. He goal was to keep us safe and have a great time! He also took us to great places for breakfast. Javier on the other hand was our friend. This guy was great. He drove us a lot.. We had such a great time in the van. If it rained , Javier had us a back up plan. Anytime we were ready to leave he was there or arranged someone to get there. Just book it!! It’s amazing!

The apartment is in a prime location with everything you need right outside your front door. Keep in mind, it’s in the heart of the most popular street in old San Juan, so expect to hear outside noise, but the rooms are far enough back in the apartment that you don’t hear anything when going to bed. Apartment had everything we needed. Gautam is a super kind and responsive host. Extra stars for him accommodating my family and our needs. Thank you!
