Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Juan

House was stunning!! inspired a lot of things for my apt. the furniture is awesome! everything was super techy!! in looove with the projector and hot tub combo.

This Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. We were welcomed with 2 little souvenirs which was so nice and welcoming. There was warm water our whole stay and the air conditioning was perfect. My partner and I felt safe at all times, especially with the few different locks and the private parking which was a plus!! This place is perfect for a little romantic getaway for couples. We stayed for 6 nights and we felt so at home and comfortable every time we got back from a long day of adventures. It was spotless and also provided soooo soo many amenities. The neighborhood was super quiet, safe, and friendly. Mayra was veryyy quick at responding and extremely helpful. She answered all of our questions and also gave me recommendations for parking as I had the Rauw Alejandro concert to go to! Very thankful for that. This Airbnb is also so close to everything. Don’t hesitate- book now! My partner and I look forward to coming back! This was one of our favorite trips. This Airbnb is very special!

This was a perfect location for my stay in Pr. The bnb was nice clean and the jacuzzi was such a nice touch. It was a little confusing getting to but I contacted Leysa and she was such a great help !! It’s close to the airport and only 10-15 mins from isle verde and Condado . It was a little small but perfect for 2 people !! A must stay for a baecation . Also close to la Placita. And other dining options !!!

This was a great spot to stay in! Plenty of space and peaceful. If your a travel that doesn’t like to be surrounded by tourists this is a great spot to stay at. You can enjoy close by local authentic Puerto Rican food.

Traveling to San Juan for work was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The most convenient aspect was the location, which was very close to the airport, making transfers quick and allowing me to meet my commitments easily. What I really want to highlight during this trip is how promptly my messages were responded to. There is a strong commitment from the Americas Vacation Suites team to treat you kindly and make you feel like family. I was also pleasantly surprised by the daily cultural activities they send. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that visitors can discover and enjoy the best of the area. This dedication is a true plus for those of us traveling for work, as it allows us to maximize our free time and appreciate the rich Puerto Rican culture.

This was our second time staying at Armando’s place. Extremely satisfied and will definitely consider it next time we’re visiting Puerto Rico again. Accessible to everything you could want/need with all the amenities readily available. Very responsive and accommodating if you need any help or changes. Would 100% recommend staying at Armando’s property.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home with living room, large kitchen, and backyard. Really decorated beautifully and the host Adis was helpful and did a great job. Very welcoming.

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

The Apt is located in a secure place with view to the gulf course and sea which helps with relaxing. Definitely recommend. Details instructions were also given which made the check in easy.

If you happen to come across this link for your AirBNB search, BOOK IT! We traveled with a party of 9, and at no point did it feel like space was an issue. The location is SAFE (gated entry), clean, and has everything you need within walking or a short drive. Parking was a non-issue for multiple cars, and you have a brand new pickleball, basketball court, and a pool outside of your front door. The garage was equipped with all your beach needs with multiple chairs and coolers for your beach visit. The host Federico was equally amazing, as response time was a non-issue. We were having trouble with beach access cards upon arrival and he took care of that asap. There was so much to do from local beaches, to Calle A and all their restaurants, to enjoying what the grounds have to offer with their casino and gaming center. Overall it was a great stay at a beautiful place.

Javier was such a great host and the property was as advertised. A group of us visited for my wife’s birthday. He was very proactive in communicating details about check-in and sent detailed recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and other attractions. Any time we had a question, he was always quick to respond and very friendly. He even stopped by on my wife’s birthday with a delicious strawberry chantilly cake for our group to celebrate with her. It was just an awesome experiment we’d recommend anyone visiting Puerto Rico stay here.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

This stay was perfect! I definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a rainforest getaway with your significant other.

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

The cabin was perfect for what I was looking for. Peaceful, with high mountain views. The spot is peaceful and private, just me and the coqui's! It's a small cabin, with camping vibes. It's also contemporary and well stocked. The local people were welcoming and warm as well. Highly recommended for a jungle chill out.

This place is a real hidden gem. The cabin is cozy, private and has everything you need to disconnect: pool, jacuzzi, hammock, fire pit… and a river just steps away! Communication with the host was excellent and check-in was super easy. Everything was clean, well cared for and full of rustic details that make it even more special. Ideal for a romantic getaway. Both the BNB and host were incredible! We had a mixup with rental cars our first day arriving and Janice helped us tremendously! All throughout the stay she was responsive and reliable while still giving us privacy. The spot was peaceful and remote with the beautiful sounds of coqui singing us to sleep. The most romantic getaway, me and my husband will be seeking to rebook this bnb any time we come back to PR

gorgeous cabin full of peace and quiet, only the sound of the birds and surrounded by nature. just a short walk to the waterfalls. highly recommended and will definitely be back soon.
