the girls were all very responsive and friendly at all times. we had no issues arriving and checking in. the place is just like the pictures, while a bit older its charming and has great spaces like the back yard and the rooftop with hammocks. location is great as its within a 10 min walk from all the amenities and activities but also far enough that its quiet overall. would definitely recommend as its good value for money.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Puerto Morelos and we would love to stay here again. It is a very peaceful neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the beach and the restaurants. Kenny provided large beach towels, beach bag, backpack chairs, a large beach umbrella and bikes which all contributed to us having a very fun trip. The unit is comfortable and well situated. The washer and dryer are a huge plus. Kenny is also very generous with drinking water, soaps, detergents and toilet paper to last through the whole stay. Kenny was very responsive and we appreciated the binder of instructions and recommendations. Our google maps did take us past the unit about 3 blocks, but since we passed the unit on the way, It was easy to find.
