We only stayed here for 1 night during our trip to Tulum and it was exactly like the photos. The only issues are the patio floor is breaking, but it wasn’t a safety concern or actual issue at all just something that could be fixed in the future. Beautiful location, walking distance to everything that you could need.

We really enjoyed our time at Zen Canto. What a wonderful little paradise we encountered. Beata and the girls where lovely, always reachable when we had questions and we appreaciated the little extra attentions (for example when we ran out of coffee). The house (and the garden & the pool) is a dream and perfect for a family of four like us. Macario Gomez is in walking distance and worth a stroll and the calm surrundings of the house was exactly what we needed after a lot of impressions from our excursions and the days before.

I had a fantastic stay at this unit in Tulum! The location was absolutely amazing—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The unit itself was spotless and even more spacious than it appeared in the photos, which was a great surprise. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and super helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tulum and would love to come back!

Ana’s place is absolutely amazing—a magical “jungalow”, as I call it, nestled in the jungle but easy walking to Holistika, the Gypsy Market for organic groceries, and lots of other amenities. The reflective exterior allows total privacy and lots of natural light through floor to ceiling windows that can be opened for fresh air and birdsong. The king bed is super comfortable, the little kitchen perfectly adequate for preparing simple meals, and the shower is spacious and nice. Gorgeous colorful Mexican tile covers the floor and lush local wood creates a beautiful ceiling. Outside, the pool is clean and inviting, a perfect private place to relax, work, and cool off. I used the common area several times for Zoom meeting and work; the connection was good and I had ample space. Finally, Ana was amazing- responsive, friendly, proactive, helpful. I loved this place and will be back!

I had such a great time at the villa! Both pools were awesome, one for chilling in the sun and the rooftop one with amazing views. The grill was perfect for cooking in the evenings. The whole place was super comfy, peaceful, and had everything I needed. I seriously didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to come back!

The host- Lili was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and responsive! Answered all of my questions from the moment I made the reservation. She also helped me with car rental and my bus ticket back to the airport. Lili went over and beyond. I could not ask for a better host. The condo- The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s so beautiful. The electric curtains and the nice comfortable bed was a nice surprise. The location- Prime location. There are a few walkable spots but I suggest renting a car or scooter. You are close to downtown and close to the hotel zone. Overall- I will be returning and definitely using Lili and her condo !! Thank you

After a warm welcome I discovered this very large bedroom with 2 balcoonys all well decorated, with a quiet environment and a view on a forest nearby. I enjoyed mostly by my self the rooftop with a design jacuzi and down the large swimming pool surounded by a lot of trees and calm. It was the perfect place to relax. Thanks to the frontdesk team for all their help. 💫
