Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

Iza is lovely and helpful and easy to communicate with. The place itself (that she manages ) has such potential I wish the owner took care of it better. It is large and on the beach but not looked after which is sad because could be as lovely as the other places in the well kept complex. It is expensive for the state of it. Iza who takes care of the property is a pleasure to deal with and dealt with various issues that came up immediately.

The house is big and beautiful. The climate is cool. Everything around, it's quiet. There are light details, but they are not inconvenient to have a good time. Overall, the stay was amazing. It would be necessary to add some curtains to the windows on the first floor, everything was great.

We can't say enough good things about Villa Los Pepes! It was the perfect place for us. My husband, daughter and I stayed in the bottom unit, and my mom & step-dad stayed in the unit above. Everything was exceptionally clean (and I'm a neat freak lol), beds were SO comfy, linens smelled fresh, shampoo/condish/shower gel were provided along with drinking water, coffee, tea etc. We were walking distance from TONS of little restos, cafés, play parks for littles, Oxxo and Chedraui stores for anything we needed. We felt safe walking in the evening to get an ice cream and taxis were a plenty! Quick 5 min taxi ride (50 pesos) to the other side of PM brought you straight to the port/ocean! Our daughter also couldn't get enough of the pool, on days we chose to stay & relax. We were able to do multiple excursions as PM is right between PDC & Cancun, so day trips were easy to plan. The other huge bonus for us was the 35+ "crowd". The vibe of PM was much more 'mature'. Can't wait to come back!

What a great experience in the jungle. The grounds were beautiful and the cenote was definitely a hit! The only hiccup I experienced was poor connectivity - normally I don't need WIFI when travelling but something came up that needed attention back home, and due to not being able to connect I had to leave a night early, which was sad. Overall, Lili and Franco were very responsive and I enjoyed my short stay at Nuuku.

Somehow I got the impression place was right in the water...it wasn't. Info said place was called Hacienda Montecristo, next road down from Melia Hotel. It was actually about three or four roads down, and Hacienda Montecristo was not on the sign. Sign said some thing like "Country Estates"... took while to figure it all out. But after all that we wound up loving the place.... the spaciousness and layout of two floors and ample bathrooms. And all the steps outside to get to it, and the steps inside to the bedrooms gave our seventy year old legs a great workout.

Gillian’s place was so beautiful. Artistically and tastefully decorated with everything you need to feel at home. Fantastic location. While it is conveniently close to downtown, it’s still perfectly located within Playacar. A couple of things we learned after a few days that made our time more enjoyable. Rent bikes the first day. Then you can easily get around and find all the little gems in Playacar. Xaman-Ha Paseo makes a loop around the golf course and it’s a bike lane on one side. The pool has a permanent visitor - Mr Iguana. He loves the pool, but for gods sake don’t feed him or any of the animals because they will become pests. Gillian’s condo is surrounded by a jungle patch that is an Aviary you can visit. It’s like watching the nature channel from the living room. If you come to PDC from a cooler, drier climate like us, leave the windows closed and turn on the AC in the rooms you occupy. Turn them off when you leave the room and shut doors to keep it cool.

I hosted my bachelorette party weekend at Louisa's and it was excellent! Loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms so all of us could spread out. We're in our 30s and wanted a little space from the party of the city and amenities for everyone. Easy walk into town for those who wanted to, and vans to pick us up for activities had no issue finding the place when we sent GPS pin. Would highly recommend!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

We were very comfortable , its biggest plus is the location, as it is a short walk from the beach , that is, you can go all day ! And it's also next to the mall , you can take daily walks, it's paradise! The house is very spacious, the kitchen is very comfortable and good size

The place was very nice and close to all the shops. Even better than the photos.

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

House was comfortable for our party of 6. Easy access to beach. About a 10 minute walk to entrance of phase 1. Marcelo responded quickly to issues that arose. Kitchen had most of what we needed to cook. Laura came to tidy up during our stay. Pool is small and has shade in the afternoon. We used the decks a lot! We recommend trying Lara y Luca restaurant. Obviously in no control of the rental company, but we visited mid-May and the seaweed was bad. We were unable to enjoy the beach due to the smell. Just something to consider when you choose a time to book. I would rebook this home if I traveled outside of seaweed season.

What a fantastic find! Maria was super communicative with so many great recommendations. Jonas, the groundskeeper was fantastic. Took Maria’s chef and massage therapist recommendations . Location is perfect! Can’t wait to come back again!

We rented the entire home, 5 bedrooms for all ten of us. We were treated like royalty by Skip, Angel, Nora and chef Nissy whom we hired to make some delicious breakfasts for us.

Such an incredible property! The photos do not do the house justice - the stone, the wood, the lighting was incredible. It was incredibly clean and so peaceful. The backyard was gorgeous. Felt very safe and not too far from town by taxi. Fernando was super communicative and so helpful once we arrived, helped arrange a private chef dinner and always responded back promptly with any questions I had. Really appreciated how friendly and accommodating he was to our group. HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb!!

We came to Cozumel to do the Ironman. The house was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen is very functional, the place is very spacious, we were able to get a taxi very easily, the Sorianna grocery store is walking distance, the good restaurants are also walking distance. Claudia and Aracely are very responsive, helpful, and great in communicating! I highly recommend this place! :)

Casa Palmas was an incredible place to stay! Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with handcrafted mahogany details and all the comforts of home. The central A/C, purified water system, and high-speed Wi-Fi made our stay even better. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach and a short walk to 5th Avenue for great dining and shopping. The three terraces offered stunning views, and the tropical gardens made it feel like a private paradise. This home was perfect for our group, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. We highly recommend Casa Palmas and would absolutely stay here again!

Great space and a great location. Close walk to 5th ave and all the shops and restaurants. Very spacious place that suited our family of five perfectly. The back deck area is so nice to sit at and relax, pool area is nice. Even though we stayed at spring break it still felt quiet and not too busy at the pool. Would definitely recommend this space!
