Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Puerto Morelos

Both Jessica and Ely were available and responsive to all of our needs. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, clean linens, two bicycles available for use as well as beach gear. The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Colectivo stops right in front of the house. Walking distance to convenience stores, fruit stand and many local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another week! Thank you Jessica and Ely!

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Great base in Playa. The apartments were lovely for us as two couples. Judith was very helpful with information. Would recommends to anyone - easy to walk into the main strip of playa and also close to the Ado bus terminal.

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

The place is very nice, it is inside a private area with a lot of tranquility. It's exactly as you see it in the ad. In addition, Joel is a great host.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Everything was excellent, as shown in the photos, the house is very spacious with everything you need to spend an incredible vacation

We are a family of four with two teenagers and we all loved our stay here. The Condo was clean, beautiful and a perfect size for our family. My kiddos were very happy to have their own beds. Having coffee on the deck and swimming in the roof top pool while enjoying the amazing ocean view was serene. Puerto Morelos is a sweet safe little town that has just enough going on to help you enjoy a good adventure and Mexican ocean culture. There was very little touristy Spring break partying going on, so we got wonderful moments of relaxation, peace and quiet. Thank you Eduardo for creating such an amazingly comfortable place for us to rest after a day of snorkeling and adventuring with our kids through the beautiful town of Puerto Morelos.

Good stay, very conveniently located, and they were also extremely helpful in letting us store luggage with them after checkout. Would definitely recommend!

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

Very good host, perfect location

The apartment had everything I needed -- nice kitchen, adequate shower and a good bed. It was a short walk to the beach, stores and great places to eat or listen to music. I had a few special requests and Meelissa was very responsive and accommodating. I liked the place so well I extended my stay in Puerto Morelos (instead of Cancun) and now I'm on the top floor with the palapas roof - no stove but even cozier! No need to rent a car or even get a taxi as it's only 30 pesos on Playa Express to get down to PM, and 10 pseso on the Collectivo to get to beach side. Once here everything is in walking distance or you can rent a bike.

Very nice clean place in Puerto Morelos, pools are amazing and short distance to a lot of tourist destinations . Check in was great and place was ready at arrival, anything you can think about this place has. With so much to do it’s hard to leave a place like this. Super excited to return for another vacation as there is still much to explore in this area!

This unique accommodation is very remote in the jungle – we have a contact from the host to find it (taxi necessary!). We were warmly welcomed on site and everything was shown to us: the rustic tree house, a huge property, a private cenote and an outdoor kitchen (with the most important utensils). Breakfast was delivered in the evening, after which we were completely alone. Pure nature - no people far and wide - we could explore the jungle, swim in the cenote (cloudy water, lots of fish) and saw snakes, bats and a small herd of monkeys. Important: No WiFi, only rarely weak reception. The water is not very warm for showering - it is completely sufficient. And at night it gets very loud - the jungle does not sleep. Earplugs recommended! Conclusion: If you love nature and are not afraid of crawling animals, you will experience something truly unique here!
