Beach house holiday rentals in Puerto Morelos

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful home, great view and spacious

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

The house is large and airy, and very comfortable. The pool is also large and amazing. The place came fully stocked, and attention to detail is evident. We loved that each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom! Yeni and Cristal we're very attentive to all our needs. The location is secluded, and it is a very quiet area. A car is needed for grocery shopping etc. There were not too many people around, we had the entire public pool area to ourselves. The beaches in PM were not that welcoming to swim, but a nice area to take a walk. Its very local if you like that, it helps to speak Spanish or use a translator. All in all, it's perfect for large multi family groups, and we will likely return again!

We had a delightful stay at this property. It’s conveniently located near a pharmacy, restaurants, and shopping. While not directly in the heart of town, it’s just a short drive to Fifth Avenue and the Mall of the Americas. The private pool was the highlight of our stay, and there’s a beautiful beach nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials and some extras, ensuring we had a great breakfast and snacks before embarking on our city exploration and visits to the Xacaret parks. The area appears secure and peaceful, and the host was friendly and attentive, promptly addressing our questions and requests.

We stayed at Fabiola’s place for 1 week while diving on Cozumel. The house was very spacious, the pool was lovely and refreshing, and Fabiola was helpful and accommodating. We rented one of her available cars, which was way quicker and easier than renting from an agency on the island and the car was clean and comfortable. She even gave us a ride back to the ferry!

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Kaitlin is a great host - our stay was everything we hoped! She anticipates all her guests' needs. The house is beautifully decorated and secure in a quiet neighborhood, and the filtered water on tap was much appreciated. The pool and private patio were perfect for relaxing, and the ceiling fans and a.c. in every room kept us comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Communicating with Kaitlin during our visit was easy as she is very responsive.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

The house is amazing, very spacious and with hammock included. It is away from the tourist area but it costs about 70 pesos to go by taxi. The good thing is that it is a quiet area and has emerald beach and another very close that are very nice. Very quick and friendly owners as we asked for some favors and they accepted us without a problem We for our part were careless with the cleaning in the house but they contacted me and it was resolved quickly Highly recommended

Very clean and pleasant. Just what we needed!

If I had to pick one feature about the place - that would be location: 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a quiet security-protected community [ don't forget your wrist band !! :) ], 15 minutes from the nearest restaurants on the 5th Avenue. Taxi was easy to catch at the Riu hotel (opposite side of the street, 5 minutes walk) - prices are listed upfront, drivers accept credit cards (10% extra charge is listed too). So, no surprises. The townhome is not brand new, but clean; equipment (washer/dryer/gas stove ...) work fine. We, family of 4 = 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 15yo) used pool a lot around noon - nobody was there most of the time. HVAC cooled the bedrooms on the 2nd floor better when the fan was set to low or medium - not to hi (a bit counterintuitive, so thanks to host for help with that). Very good mattresses (usually it is an issue for us). 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are available behind small doors under the stairs (1st floor). A bottle of wine was waiting for us - nice!

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. We were close to many great restaurants and shops but the home was tucked away and private. We parked very easily, right in front of the house. Our hosts were very communicative and friendly, offering good suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, clean and cozy place to relax, ideal for families. Although it is located in an industrial area, which limits the gastronomic and tourist options nearby, its location is compensated by the friendliness of the host and their prompt response to concerns. In addition, it is equipped with everything you need for the stay (paper, towels, soap). If you are looking for a place to rest and relax with your family, I recommend it. However, if you are looking for fun and entertainment, it may not be the best option.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.

A completely cozy place that has everything you need. It is a place with all the basic services nearby, safe, cozy and beautiful surroundings for families. Completely recommended!! Josué responds immediately and very clearly, 100% recommended
