We had a wonderful 3 week stay. My family of 4 with 2 children had everything we needed for our time there. Miguel was a responsive, kind, helpful host. Mareazule is a beautiful place super safe with security on the premises an added bonus and the grounds were extremely well kept. We loved our first floor apartment with the pool right outside the patio. Restaurants with amazing food and direct access to the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Would nightly recommend. A very family friendly place.

A super comfortable room, everything very accessible, very central, very nice and comfortable place, always attentive to any questions or situation, I recommend it 100% my family and I are fascinated

the place is simply very comfortable to get to, take a bath and go for a walk on the main avenue, it is close to self-service stores, restaurants, I would only consider that the policies of use of common areas will be updated, outside of that it was excellent, I would certainly consider staying again 😊

Excellent accommodation close to everything: 5th Avenue, public transportation, supermarket, restaurants... the place is as shown in the photos, excellent service from Vanesa and Pablo. 100% recommended.

Loved our stay, so far our favourite airbnb in Mexico. Beautiful safe neighbour hood. Close to a nice beach. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the deck surrounded in lush vegetation. The hosting family was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend

Azul is the nicest person ever! She proactively contacted us and provided detailed arrival and check-in information. You can park a rental car in the driveway, which is closed with a gate. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is located in a beautiful tropical garden. Azul made us excellent quasadillas for dinner and brought us a tequila to welcome us. Breakfast can also be ordered separately from her. Highly recommended!

The apartment was perfect for what we wanted and the value for money is very good. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious and has everything you could need: in the kitchen basic waxes, cooler with freezer, coffee maker, stove and we included a couple of water bottles; the bed was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom in perfect condition, the hot water comes out very quickly. There are enough towels to use in the pool and normal use. The pool in the building is small but cute, and since there are not many apartments, we had it for the two of us. Apart, we were able to buy drinks at the bar outside to enjoy there. The location is super central, 5 blocks from the beach and the fifth. I wouldn't go out alone at night but not the change for the convenience of being close to the beach and the bus terminal. Yes, I recommend it if you want to rest in a comfortable and cute place and be close to the most visited of PDC!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Quiet place and very secure

The house is very well located and in a quiet area. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

Cristina and staff are wonderful. They were quick to respond and took care of everything. We will definitely return.

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

Great location. Ground floor has a circle k convenience store for groceries drinks and snacks. Two blocks away from the beach. One block away from quinta avenida where all the livelyness is. Private secure parking. Elevator access. Would stay again. Host made great restaurant recomendations.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

I just stayed at Monica’s for 3 weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The location was perfect- there is a 7-Eleven directly across from the building, a grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, 5th ave and the beach are within a 10 min walk. Despite being so close to everything, it was super quiet at night! The condo looks like the pictures and is such a cozy space! The bed is very, very comfortable with soft sheets. The water was hot every single time I showered and had great pressure. The a/c and internet worked perfectly. Monica was super responsive, helpful and very friendly. She checked on me consistently throughout my stay and promptly answered any questions I had. This was a wonderful experience and I am already planning to return and stay with Monica again. Thank you for everything!!

Although the apartment was a bit smaller than expected, there were many positives that made it worth our stay! It's walkable distance to places like laundromats, Walmart, the beach, 5th Avenue, and more! The apartment has a full size fridge/freezer and kitchenette which was helpful for us. Our host was so pleasant to be in contact with. He was helpful when we had any questions, and always responsive. Also respectful. I appreciated that! The apartment feels safe, and in a quiet area, but still close by to the action. There is a great rooftop pool that was pretty empty when we were there, and pleasant to just hang out there. To sum it up - if you're not high maintenance, don't mind a hard mattress, and are ok with a small and simple place, I'd definitely recommend booking here. It worked for us!

Perfect. Everything is as in the photos, the neighborhood is good too (we thought bad at first) but very well and close to downtown! Clean and very comfortable. Recommended
