Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort throughout our stay. Their communication was clear and timely, always making sure we had all the necessary information before our arrival. I was especially impressed by how they helped me bring my vision for my best friend’s bachelorette celebration to life. From connecting me with the concierge service, “Local Bird,” to offering tips on how to set up decorations and even suggesting the perfect areas in the home for our in home group massages, and welcoming our private chef, they made every detail seamless. Every host I had the pleasure of dealing with was polite, incredibly kind, and eager to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They were always just a message or call away, and their dedication truly made our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it was a dream come true! 🙏🏽🥹💕

We really enjoyed our stay. Any problems were dealt with to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. t The house was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the knives could do with sharpening. The pool was not terribly inviting as it was full of leaves and quite cold as it was located in a shady area and was not heated. But that was not in the control of the owners of course. easy to get to the beach with Uber. Good places to eat in the neighborhood, especially Dona Paula's taco stand on the corner. Something useful would be a guide book.

To give perspective, we were 6 adults and 5 children ages 15 mos, 2 3 yr olds and 2 6 yr olds. The place is absolutely beautiful, charming and artistic. It was soooo spacious and airy. We had nice rooms each with a bathroom. The large courtyard had a pool that was perfect for the kids. There’s a large play area between the beach and the house. It was perfect! Mayela, the hostess, was so prompt in answering messages. She was great to work with. My family is already planning our next visit there.

Both Jessica and Ely were available and responsive to all of our needs. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen, clean linens, two bicycles available for use as well as beach gear. The neighborhood is safe and convenient. Colectivo stops right in front of the house. Walking distance to convenience stores, fruit stand and many local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it another week! Thank you Jessica and Ely!

we had a fantastic family vaction. Gabby was responsive and easy to work with. we had some concerns when checking in and Gabby went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. we were traveling with an infant and Gabby picked up a brand new crib and highchair for our arrival.

We had an amazing week long stay at Jaime's place! The home is absolutely beautiful and the hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time we were there. We were able to take advantage of the pool and the BBQ and the kitchen was well equipped enough for us to reliably cook at home. Really nice that to have a big jug of drinking water and an electronic dispenser on the kitchen countertop, easy to have refilled as well. We had a rental car which made driving 5 minutes down to the beach a breeze, never had any issue finding parking. Would highly recommend and would 100% stay again!

Trish went above and beyond to ensure my stay was absolutely wonderful and beautiful. She made me feel like the most important guest. The location is amazing, set in a local neighborhood that’s quiet, safe, and super convenient, with easy access to food, groceries, and public transportation. Super easy to go to the beach. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook, which made my stay even more comfortable. She responded quickly to any questions. I truly felt at home and at peace, and it was hard to leave. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

i was surprised by this space in physical look better than in the photos , the location is super well and the whole place!! Something that I was super plus was to arrive and find a package of cold natural water cookies and coca!! that is super plus !! I would definitely book again, SUPER RECOMMENDED!.

Great base in Playa. The apartments were lovely for us as two couples. Judith was very helpful with information. Would recommends to anyone - easy to walk into the main strip of playa and also close to the Ado bus terminal.

We were very well impressed with Moises and Javier. The 3 story home is well designed for large groups and we didn’t feel crowded. The pool on the penthouse area was perfect. The place is centralized to either head to Cancun, or Playa del Carmen. Our favorite beach was Puerto Morelos. Small area very easy access / parking and friendly people. Great snorkel and scuba diving activities that don’t need guide or fees. Thanks Moises and Javier! We’ll be back soon !

We had such a great family vacation here. The most well-appointed Air BNB we have ever been to. We really appreciate when hosts don’t throw out basic supplies that other guests have thoughtfully left behind (e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, large bottles of shampoo). If some folks prefer not to use it, they can make that choice – but for us, we really appreciate it (and imagine how much it keeps out of the landfill). The rooftop terrace is amazing. We had morning coffee, lunches and afternoon cocktails on the deck. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off in the afternoon, and it's really helpful to have a little bar fridge and bathroom on that level. Karla was super responsive with the couple of questions we did have. (Gracias Karla!). We liked this location, it’s a calm, quiet, gated community just north of Puerto Morelos. We had rented a car and found that very helpful. Just about 10 mins to get to 2 supermarkets. We loved our trip and can’t wait to come back.

A stay in Puerto Morelos the way we love them! Lucy and her son Sergio - who welcomed us on arrival - are perfect hosts! The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, is comfortable and as described. Public transportation, taxis, small local shops and a few restaurants are within easy walking distance of the house. We really enjoyed when we arrived the touches like water and some beverages, as well as the basics provided! It felt like home. It would be a pleasure to come back!

Firstly, the house is absolutely beautiful and furnished in such a tasteful and homely way, you could want for nothing else for a bit of luxury on holiday. It has every amenity you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies, plus Julie and Jessica were on hand for anything else (including putting up with our hundreds of questions!). Both were so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for trips or restaurants, it was much appreciated. In terms of location, it’s perfect, in a quiet green gated community, which is a flat and easy 10-15 minute cycle to the beach/shops, which is not overly touristy and has beautiful white sands to relax on or take a snorkelling trip out to the reef. Julie kindly provides three bikes at the house, but you can rent more if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

Eliana's place is like the photos. Solo trip and the space was more than enough. It is two and a half blocks from the beach and one block from the main street. Eliana puts at your disposal chairs and beach umbrella which is ideal. The air conditioning works very well and the bed is comfortable. The patio is shared in case there are more guests. The instructions Eliana shares are very clear and the suggestions are helpful. I recommend it!
