Agriturismo - attic, pool, sauna and spa

It was a real pleasure to stay with Nicola, we really appreciated the calm and tranquility of the surroundings. We went to Gualdo with the idea of exploring the Sibillini Mountains Park and after spending hours walking it was nice to relax in the pool and spa. Nicola was an exceptional, kind and helpful host; he provided us with some information about the places we wanted to visit and it was pleasant to talk to him. The garden and the house are really a gem, Nicola's passion is evident, both for the well-kept garden and in welcoming his guests personally; finally, the interior of the house was very clean and well furnished. Thanks again for hosting!

We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

Perfect stay. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely location, all the details are well studied and cared for. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities described and appear as pictured. Perfect pool. Very well-kept garden, with even a small garden. Children's games, swings, outdoor dining area, and grilling. Everything is perfect. We'll be back,

Villa Mei – A dip in relaxation

The most deserved 5 star rating I have stayed at under AirBnB by far in years. Beautiful property with a fantastic pool and an alfresco bbq area. The room itself had every amenity we could need and very luxurious with bespoke towels etc. In addition residents get a discount at the nearby butcher's, which is also managed by the property. Perfect for the bbq

Quiet and peaceful BnB in the Italian province. There is a separate small house at guests' disposal. The territory is fenced. The owner's house is located on the same territory. Kitchen with sofa bed for one person, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes. Bedroom with TV, comfortable sofa bed for two, bookcase, mirror. Shower and toilet in private. towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel. There is a private sauna. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers and towels.

Farmhouse - apartment, swimming pool, sauna and spa.

A very nice place to unwind. Nicola welcomed us warmly and showed us around. The area is beautiful and quiet, yet it was not far by car to the nearest place with supermarket. The space is a dream! We would highly recommend a stay and come back anytime!
