Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

We enjoyed staying there. The quiet location in the middle of the nature of Monte Giberto let us switch off from everyday life very quickly. The Casa Piccola and the pool (which we even had to ourselves) were wonderful. Nesma was also a very lovely, humorous woman, who gave us valuable tips for activities, etc. We will also miss the cat Nera very much. Gladly again! Regards Verena and Robert

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

There were a few technical issues with the a/c and wireless network when we arrived at the property but after a simple phone call, these were sorted out by the following day without any hassle. The property and location are fantastic and four generations of our family from Leeds, London, Madrid and Budapest gathered there for two weeks and we made some unforgettable memories. There is enough room to accommodate this number of people without getting under each other's feet but the highlight for me has to be the size of the swimming pool. If you are looking for somewhere that is private, peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery then I would definitely recommend this place. SteveC

Absolutely wonderful stay. We were two families with two children each. The place was perfect for us. The house is idyllic with a very beautiful view. The entire place is clean, comfortable we immediately felt at home. Hosts Debby and Thomas are very helpful. Debby offered to book a table for us at restaurants, it was an extra good service which made our stay easy.

An enchanting place immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills: an authentic oasis of peace, ideal for those looking for relaxation, nature and beauty. The house is beautiful — spacious, bright, perfectly clean and furnished with a refined taste that combines simplicity and warmth. Every detail conveys care and love for the welcome. Vincenzo and Nicoletta are exceptional hosts: present, always available for a tip or a chat, but never intrusive. You feel their passion and the pleasure of sharing this little slice of paradise with guests. A restorative stay, which we highly recommend to anyone who wants to slow down, enjoy breathtaking views, and feel at home even away from home.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

excellent hospitality from Michela and co-host Gianni who helped us take conscious possession of the house and useful outdoor spaces. varied and numerous supply of bathroom and kitchen materials for consumption excellent operation of gas, electricity, H2O heating view of the Sibillini chain, Mount Piselli and Gran Sasso very quiet area with excellent air and base for excursions to Mount Sibilla, Lake Pilato, the Infernaccio gorges, the hermitage of San Leonardo, and visit to the Sanctuary of Madonna dell'Ambro, etc. possibility of using the swimming pool for adults and children about 700 ml. from the house (for a fee, currently 8 euros) overall a great life experience in a very well-kept house and enjoyable. At Pasquale's house we felt as if we were at home, the hosts welcomed us warmly and the house is not only in a great location to visit the surrounding villages but also enjoys an incredible view and unparalleled peace. We went with our dog and thanks to the garden and the location of the house he was able to stay calm and wander free without problems. We highly recommend it and will absolutely be back!

Cristina's welcome (Marco's mom) was spotless, the accommodation clean, quite well-equipped (except for the absence of microwave) and the children's playground/pool are great. The accommodation is 2km from the sea, in a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful setting.

We stayed in this beautiful house with our two medium to large dogs, so we needed to be able to leave them free in a safe and recited space. The house enjoys priceless privacy, the garden and table under the large plants are spectacular to enjoy the cool and sea breeze. The sea view gives beautiful emotions, starting from dawn in the morning, until the evening when you can admire the starry sky by dining or sipping a glass in the deck chairs or sitting around the stone table. We had a great time, it exceeded any of our expectations. We hope to return soon to spend a few more days on vacation in this wonderful home and seaside town. Thank you for making us feel truly comfortable in everything, and for giving us an unforgettable week in your home.

Incredibly beautiful place nestled into the mountains. The views are breathtaking and the hosts are so welcoming and kind. Dori is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation. The house is cared for and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. Clean and well equipped, it allowed us to spend a holiday in which we felt pampered. Everything was perfect Tania is a very kind host and ready to share useful information to make the most of your holiday in Torre di Palme and its surroundings. We will definitely be back.

The property is highly recommended, especially with children. The pool, the animals and the many playgrounds were great. Tolentino, Macerata are also worth a visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

Giulia's house is very nice, equipped with everything you need and more. Very convenient as a division of spaces and possibility of use of the garden. We didn't meet Giulia directly, but her mother was very kind and gave us excellent advice, especially for the restaurant.
