We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. Beautiful house set up with a lot of care, from the living room with a well-equipped kitchen, to the terrace overlooking the pool with the wonderful view. Thanks to Maria and Gianfilippo, very discreet and available if needed.

The accommodations were clean and the host (Antonio and his wife) very hospitable. The property is very nice, the surroundings great to enjoy from the patio in the mornings with a coffee or going for a walk. There are lots of great things to see in the general area, and there is also a very good restaurant located on the property open for lunch and dinner.

The house is very charming and the secluded location offers plenty of privacy and space for our loudly playing children. The number of loungers and seating outside is great. The saltwater pool is super nice and pleasant . It is not enough for proper swimming, rather splashing and refreshing. The house is special, the decor is functional. For very small children with the gallery in the children's room and the steps difficult. Our youngest is 4, that wasn't a problem. The terrace is great for sitting together! Great view! The road is clearly audible, which should not bother you. There is very little room for improvement...with the kitchen equipment. (Sharp knife/number of cutting boards,..) And a few more mosquito nets. Unfortunately, a few windows do not have a terrace door and bathrooms. We were far too short to explore the surrounding area. You can certainly spend a week busy with beach excursions, looking at castles, towns, Fernando knows and has lots of tips!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Casa Margani is a magical place to enjoy the peace of the mountain. I spent a month there and really felt at home. It has a beautiful garden, with oaks and cedars, which give shade, silence and freshness. From there, in 20 minutes by car you can go up to Pintura di Bolognola, from where you start beautiful walks to reach some peaks of the Sibillini, Pizzo Berro, Pizzo Tre Vescovi and Mount Priora. But above all, the house is right on the path of the lost waterfalls of Sarnano, so on foot, in 20/30 minutes, you can already reach two very cool waterfalls (the "Cascatelle" and the muffins of the Acquasanta). Finally, Tommaso is a very nice guest, ultra helpful and very correct. I'll definitely be back next summer, too!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. One adjective to describe Patrizia's stay: PERFECT. The house is a corner of paradise, surrounded by a large garden and immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The beaches (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) are a twenty-minute drive, while the village of Montegranaro is two minutes away. The place is very clean, complete with everything. Spacious spaces, perfect for families and great for four-legged friends. Patrizia is really a very attentive host, as well as a full of tips for visiting local places. Definitely recommend. We'll be back, maybe for a longer stay!

A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

Just a lovely experience from start to finish. A beautiful spot, a great apartment, gorgeous scenery, and the loveliest hosts you could hope for. Rafaella and Stefano were so kind and thoughtful - they there in a flash if we needed anything at all, and completely invisible if we didn't. We liked them so much, we wanted to hang out with them! Very highly recommended.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Luciano. We have mixed the many entertaining days by the pool with some beach days in Porto San Giorgio. This was a very nice change. The house was a nice home for us and kept everything necessary. Plenty of kitchen equipment to the barbecue and second kitchen near the swimming pool. The local conditions were also suitable for our 2 year old daughter and our almost 80-year-old grandma. Charlotte, the host, responded quickly to messages. The communication was very pleasant. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was very good, better than expected. The fans were completely adequate. The only very individual downside: Unfortunately, running training was not as possible due to the road and altitude conditions. We recommend the property to anyone who wants to go on vacation a little further away and are mobile and accepting travel.

I spent my 50th birthday party just like I wanted it, with my loved ones in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, with space for my little dog! Family atmosphere with all comforts

We had a great vacation at Paola and Philippo's. The hosts are very kind and very welcoming. The listing is located in a very peaceful area where we were able to recharge. The kids loved the very refreshing pool, it offers a very beautiful view!! Only small downside for light sleepers (like me🫣) is that the apartment is poorly soundproofed but apart from that, everything was perfect!!

Sarah and Mark are the best hosts. Very responsive, always looking for ways to make your stay even more memorable. It’s indeed a hideaway so if you’re interested in a quiet place in beautiful surroundings then this is your best bet. To enjoy everything the region has to offer you’ll have to drive. But Sarah and Mark will provide you with extensive information about all the interesting things to do and best places to eat.

Perfect place to relax, stay with family, run and bike. Really exceptional views. There's nothing really missing in the house, everything is perfect. The owners of the facility are fantastic, always available, accurate and friendly.

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

Great place to stay, we were excited and very satisfied. A big advantage was a separate pool just for us, where we spent undisturbed beautiful moments. Clean, flexible, we can only recommend.
