We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

I could tell from the photos that this was going to be a great place to stay which is why I booked it a whole year in advance, and so it proved. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and nearby Ripatransone is a fabulous Marche town with lots going on including restaurants and wineries. Petra and Peter have created a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday and they do everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

A wonderful find in the southern Marche. The apartment was very well equipped, the garden and pool lovingly laid out. The view from the apartment is magical in every direction and the location is perfect between the sea and the mountains and the numerous wineries. Communication with Marcus was quick and enjoyable at all times. The mattresses were also comfortable. Well worth it!

Incredibly beautiful place nestled into the mountains. The views are breathtaking and the hosts are so welcoming and kind. Dori is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

armando's apartment has just been renovated with taste and practical sense, it is very well equipped and is located in the central area, very convenient to the beach and the station

Rossana's house is exactly as shown in the photos, maybe even more beautiful. We stayed as 4 couples and the very large open space living area allowed us to pleasantly spend the days all together while the 4 bedrooms complete with en-suite bathroom allowed us to have the right privacy when needed. The house is brand new, modern in construction and furnishings, bright and very clean. Sheets and towels are provided and the kitchen and dining room are also complete with everything you need. The area is secluded and quiet, we literally loved the surrounding landscape. The owner was not present during our stay but Emanuela welcomed us impeccably and did not fail to give us advice and recommendations on the area. Finally, exceptional value for money. We will definitely be back!!!

Judith’s Italian home far exceeded my expectations. The surrounding fields of sunflowers, barley, grapes and more are indescribable. The 5 bedrooms in the main house are all upstairs and each has a private bathroom. There is also a downstairs bathroom. Everything was charming, clean, comfortable and decorated as if it were truly a home. The casita has 2 rather small bedrooms upstairs with no attached bathroom, but they were clean and comfortable. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs in the casita. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the outdoor bbq was great, as was the retractable sunshade and swimming pool. Steps are required to get to the bedrooms, which was an issue for my 90 year old parents, but not for any of the other 10 of us; and there are a couple of low beams which can easily be avoided. Judith and Maja were promptly responsive to a couple of minor issues and I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the Italian countryside!

We were in the Marken for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised. When we arrived (we were even allowed to arrive 1-2 hours earlier) Bianca welcomed us warmly. She showed us the house and explained everything. The house and the property are a very special place! Everything in the house was super clean! Everything is newly renovated, everything worked perfectly. You feel comfortable from the start. From the garden, you have a breathtaking view of the Marche countryside. If you like it touristy, you're in the wrong place. Bianca had prepared cakes and cookies for us on arrival and we had friendly and helpful contact with her throughout our entire stay. Unfortunately, we needed medical care for our son during the stay. Bianca was also there to help. We had reserved loungers on a beach and, on her recommendation, visited an oil mill and a winery. Everything was wonderful and we thank you very much for this time

We have had the most wonderful holiday with the nicest of hosts. A big garden with stunning views from the top. Huge and airy accommodation. Incredibly comfortable beds. Amazing location for all the activities in the national park with nothing more than an hour’s drive away and plenty just 20 minutes. Ascoli is a gorgeous town and don’t miss all the wild flowers particularly on the piano grande and also the cascata at Madonna dell’ ambro. Plus swimming in lago di gerosa. The small ‘white roads’ or lanes which are graded gravel tracks will take you to places you never thought you’d get to. Go slow and explore! Once again huge gratitude to our hosts for their lovely house and delightful company. Stay here. We loved I! Oh and the excellent bbq. …

This place was perfect for an affordable short stay. The place has automatic blackout blinds which were amazing. If you open the blinds there’s a relatively nice view of a wall with some lovely flower pots. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were comfy and it was spotless. Leo was an amazing host who went above and beyond to help us when we were there. We couldn’t rate him highly enough!! Thank you Leo.

This is the second year we have stayed with Giuseppe. This year we also had our newborn baby, and I must say that the well-equipped apartment and the proximity to the beach were providential for a totally relaxing vacation! We recommend the residence and we will definitely return!

Amazing location (especially during Ferragosto), prompt responsive host, clean and nice amenities. During the intense heat of August the air conditioning could have been better (low power for the job it is doing), but that is just a heads-up, not a complaint. The place was excellent.

We had a great stay in this little apartment that has everything you need and is within walking distance of the center and the sea. Very quiet during the night with very little traffic. We had a great time.

House with attention to detail, new furniture, equipped with every comfort: truly impeccable. Large and enjoyable terrace: we always had lunch and dinner outdoors! The sea can be reached in about 7-8 minutes on foot. Nearby supermarkets, bakeries, post offices. Friendly and discreet owner. We had a great time
