Honestly one of the best hosts and stays I ever had. Raffaella is an amazing host; extremely friendly and kind. She offered to pick us up from the train station and on another day she picked us up from the supermarket as we were yet to get our car. She kept checking on us, gave us great restaurants recommendations and made our stay very enjoyable. The flat itself is very nice and spotless. Located very close to Fermo historical centre (walking distance) and easy connections to the towns around. Wifi is also good and stable if you need to do some zoom work calls. Overall very happy and I will definitely come back.

We stayed from August 10-21. Carlo was very kind and helpful right away. The apartment is very nice and practical for small families. It is located in the center and in August Ripatransone offers many activities, so easy to reach. When we returned from the sea, we never moved because the proposed activities were ideal for those with a small child like ours. Great experience and thank you to Carlo and Elena for your kindness!

Finally, after a long time of finding a welcome in the old way... How airbnb was originally from where you met the host in person and he hosted you in his home making you feel welcomed and comfortable. So it was for us Luigino and Lara, his wife, who pampered us by offering us their produce from the garden, filling the house with games for our two-year-old daughter, recommending places to visit, etc... We had a great time Highly recommended!!! They would name them superhost❤️

The tranquility of the place, the greenery, the trees all around the small garden of aromatic plants in front of the house, characterize it. Giusy host is available for information, local recommendations, and more Very attentive to the environment, she has made various containers available to guests, so that the separate collection of glass, paper, plastic and undifferentiated waste is carried out. We're on a pleasure trip, I must say that so far she's the ONLY HOST who's doing this. We really appreciated it! Great Giusy I recommend your cottage.

We wanted to stay near family in Porto San Giorgio and this was the perfect location. It’s walkable to the beach and close to lovely restaurants

We felt very comfortable with Francesca. The apartment has an incredibly good location. Very nicely laid out and super practical with the two bathrooms as a family. The small balcony was nice to sit on in the evening after the restaurant. Francesca welcomed us superbly, very straightforward. Of course, the attic could use air conditioning, but with the fans it was fine at night with the temperatures. All in all, highly recommended. The small café on the corner was super convenient, also highly recommended, great coffee!

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in Villa de Castelletta, we were a group of friends traveling to Marche for a wedding and found the Villa as the perfect base to visit the region. Close to beautiful villages , so troubled by countrified and a short 15 min drive to the beach . The apartment is as beautiful as the photos, modern, spacious and incredibly comfortable. And of course special mention apart is the pool area, where we passed several hours per day in bliss. Cant recomendable it highly enough

After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

We had the best time at Porto San Giorgio. Mateo's apartment had everything we needed and the location was great, right in the center of town within walking distance of restaurants, bars, the beach and gelato! Sara, was very helpful and responsive.

Claudia was very helpful to us! She always answered any questions I had with great accuracy. Beautiful and very clean house, maybe a little small for 4 people but super functional! Great value for money!

beautifully situated agriturismo, surrounded by fruit trees and vegetable gardens. lovely room with air conditioning, kitchenette and a nice terrace. At the pool private sunbeds and a table with two chairs and umbrella. Vincenzina, her family and her parents are very good hosts. Acting lovely, warm, quick to respond and with practical tips and solutions. unsolicited you will be pampered and passionately taken into the culture of the Marche. What a pleasure! We had a great time at Villa Mei. The residence is brand new in a quiet and peaceful environment. Our apparently was perfectly equipped, clean and functional. The common areas are also nice, we really enjoyed the pool. Plenty of outdoor space to play with the kids or settle in quiet. Masha was there to welcome us when we arrived, she is a very friendly person and also very responsive if you have any requests. The residence is a 10-minute drive from the closest beaches.

We wanted to treat ourselves after the Covid crisis. We love walking and nature and wanted to be right next to the mountains. The tower is exquisite as are the gardens, the views and the hosts. For a unique experience it will be hard to surpass.

We stayed 10 days in Sandro and Alessia's apartment, we stayed 10 days in the new apartment or yet to be renovated. Renovated very well, air conditioning throughout the house, very modern automatic lighting lights. The only thing I think can be missing is a vacuum cleaner given the sand that is a door from the sea, then there is everything dishwasher, electric stove, the washing machine is missing but they told me that they ordered it, so it's only a matter of delivery. The apartment is close to the beach near the supermarket, the only flaw in the area is that many shops are closed and in the evening you have to take the car to go downtown (it is at least 30 minutes walk away)or visit other neighboring areas. Parking in front of the house Not always available, but there is the possibility to put it inside the courtyard and then move it as soon as it is free. Available and very kind owners

the apartment is new, very nice ,well furnished and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. convenient to reach is surrounded by greenery and peace of the Marche hills with enchanting views of the Sibillini mountains. the owners are nice and very helpful people, rich and good breakfast and they met my wife's vegan needs even welcoming to animals
