A large apartment within walking distance of the town centre. We had a lovely stay and the garden was perfect for our dog. The apartment was clean with off road parking. Great location for exploring the area and the bonus was a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

We were looking for a quiet place to spend some time in complete relaxation and we found it. A breathtaking landscape surrounds the property along with the calm and tranquility of the Marche hills. The icing on the cake was the apartment's private pool. The place is really quiet, no noise except that of nature. The farmhouse is about a ten-minute drive from all the essential amenities. The farmhouse has a equipped kitchen, sheets/towels. Very important note the structure is pet friendly, my little dog was able to enjoy the vacation with us. I wanted to thank Marco who welcomed us with extreme kindness and left us valuable advice to orient ourselves in the area. The cake he made us find when we arrived was also very welcome. Spacious two rooms on the second floor. Clean and modern, fully renovated. Bigger than it looks in the photos. A stone's throw from the sea with equipped and free beaches. Ideal for a short or long vacation because it is equipped with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning, wifi, parking space... nothing is missing! Andrea is very kind and helpful, super attentive to our needs but at the same time discreet.

We were greeted by Elisabetta, who as a true hostess, the first thing she asked us was if the accommodation was to our liking, this would just show what a wonderful person she is. The accommodation is equipped with everything that is described in the listing, it is located in the countryside a few kilometers from Treia, my wife and I appreciated the tranquility of the place and the beauty of the hills that surround it. The location is definitely good for those of us who like to move around to discover the characteristic places that the area has to offer.

A wonderful find in the southern Marche. The apartment was very well equipped, the garden and pool lovingly laid out. The view from the apartment is magical in every direction and the location is perfect between the sea and the mountains and the numerous wineries. Communication with Marcus was quick and enjoyable at all times. The mattresses were also comfortable. Well worth it!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

One adjective to describe Patrizia's stay: PERFECT. The house is a corner of paradise, surrounded by a large garden and immersed in the tranquility of the Marche countryside. The beaches (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) are a twenty-minute drive, while the village of Montegranaro is two minutes away. The place is very clean, complete with everything. Spacious spaces, perfect for families and great for four-legged friends. Patrizia is really a very attentive host, as well as a full of tips for visiting local places. Definitely recommend. We'll be back, maybe for a longer stay!

We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

Very cozy house in the middle of silence and nature, kept with care and attention to detail. Ideal for those who love to be in peace and out of the chaos. Host not met but timely and kind in communication. Recommended.

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

We enjoyed staying there. The quiet location in the middle of the nature of Monte Giberto let us switch off from everyday life very quickly. The Casa Piccola and the pool (which we even had to ourselves) were wonderful. Nesma was also a very lovely, humorous woman, who gave us valuable tips for activities, etc. We will also miss the cat Nera very much. Gladly again! Regards Verena and Robert

Eddi is a friendly host, helpful and present in interaction with his guests. The apartment has everything you need, has a well-equipped kitchen and a large table. The room has more furniture where you can arrange your clothes, including a beautiful antique closet. The bathroom is comfortable and well organized. The apartment, although in a quiet countryside area, is not isolated; this made us feel protected in an area not known to us. Highly recommended experience, for us to do again!

We had a wonderful ten days in this apartment. The location is strategic, a stone's throw from the beach and all services. The apartment is well furnished, functional and equipped with every comfort: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, coffee machine, toaster, electric broom, fast Wi-Fi, Sky TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very kind and always available and provided us with all the necessary information. Highly recommended!

Torre di Palme is a bijoux. Francesco's accommodation is right on the central square from where the village begins. The place is spacious, one of those homes where you didn't sneak into the spaces... being 4 of us needed closets and places to store things. Here, we could bring 4 more suitcases and we would have had a place to fill between drawers and wardrobes. Nothing is missing and (to my surprise) Francesco also offers soap shampoo detergent that no host normally offers. Also sheets and pillowcases and towels, all present in the house. Fantastic! It's a 5/10 minute drive to the beach (it depends where you want to go). The highway exit is 5 minutes away. If you go like us in Ferragosto, there is plenty of choice between gastronomic festivals of all kinds. To close by again thanking Francesco for his availability and hospitality, I just say that he also helped me bring my suitcases into the house (and they were not 2 things..). Highly recommended !

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony.
