Recently I had the pleasure of staying at Silvia's house, and it was an unforgettable experience. More than comfortable apartment directly on the sea, a few steps from any commercial activity. THANK YOU SILVIA AND PAOLA

We had a great time in Lido di Fermo and immediately felt very comfortable in this great penthouse, which offers all the necessary comforts to guests and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The highlight of the apartment is the all-round roof terrace with an incredible panoramic view, two outdoor showers and great seating options, which also provide shade at lunch with sea views thanks to the extendable sunshine. Matteo was an attentive host and always responded very quickly to questions and provided us with helpful tips. Thanks for everything - we'll be happy to come back :-D

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

Spacious two rooms on the second floor. Clean and modern, fully renovated. Bigger than it looks in the photos. A stone's throw from the sea with equipped and free beaches. Ideal for a short or long vacation because it is equipped with all the comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, air conditioning, wifi, parking space... nothing is missing! Andrea is very kind and helpful, super attentive to our needs but at the same time discreet.

This is the second year we have stayed with Giuseppe. This year we also had our newborn baby, and I must say that the well-equipped apartment and the proximity to the beach were providential for a totally relaxing vacation! We recommend the residence and we will definitely return!

We stayed in Andreas cute little apartment for 2 nights Everything was perfectly clean, there is a small kitchen, that was equipped with all the necessary things. The entire apartment is very modern and clean The station is 10 mins by walk but you also have free bikes to use. There is also a washing machine in the courtyard to use for free. Also in the bathroom you find all the necessary things like shower gel, a hair dryer, towels etc All in all it was a great experience!

I cannot fault martina’s place. We were in town for a wedding and due to our circumstances of travelling on two motorbikes needed some space and secure parking. Although for us this location was a little out the way from all the wedding activities in the next town along, with Martinas help and generosity we were able to navigate this easily. She offered us and gave us some lifts into town and back and you can use the bicycles in the shed which were a great help. There is a Conad supermarket down the road and the most amazing thing was she had provided us with a little food shop so when we arrived (very tired) we didn’t even need to go out! The place is beautiful and martinas hospitality made our trip! Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at the Art and Sea Apartment and highly recommend to others. The location is quiet and convenient with the beach, a grocery store and fantastic seafood restaurant (Il Faro) in easy walking distance. The space was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with plentiful amenities. Paola was a gracious and attentive host. Translation apps helped us bridge the Italian/English communication gap. Five stars!

TOP TOP! You can't say more about this little paradise. Claudia and Miguel's friendliness combined with Miguel's exceptional culinary skills, if possible I would give even more stars! It was our first vacation in the Marche. The location is easy to find 4 minutes above the village of Pedaso that is on the beach. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed by the whole family. It almost feels like coming home to friends, it feels like the whole family is behind the activity with love. They immediately responded to all our wishes and concerns and gave us great tips and suggestions! I would also like to praise the cleaning lady, she did a great job! To summarize, absolutely recommended for families and anyone looking for unique fun! We'll definitely be back! Thank you for a great week❤️

Our holiday was very relaxing. A beautiful Mediterranean and well-kept complex with small cottages and privacy. Also a very nice pool and private beach. You have to get used to the train line, but it runs on the entire coast and affects all the houses here. If you want to shop, go out in the evening or go for dinner, you always need a car. But that wasn't a problem for us.

The place was more than we expected. We had a wonderful time. All the staff was incredibly friendly :)

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

What impressed us the most about the structure was the care of the environment and the plants, wonderful!! The homes are very spartan, but we felt very good. The owner and staff were very kind and considerate. I love to travel and in principle I don't return 2 times to the same place, but if I have to go back there, I would be happy to stop for a couple of nights.

The village is ideal for relaxing away from the usual routine, it is located in a quiet place but close to San Benedetto and neighboring villages. The accommodation assigned to us was clean and tidy with the kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils. The staff was very kind and helpful,Mrs. Rita was fantastic, highly recommended.
