Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Fermo

We stayed 10 days in Sandro and Alessia's apartment, we stayed 10 days in the new apartment or yet to be renovated. Renovated very well, air conditioning throughout the house, very modern automatic lighting lights. The only thing I think can be missing is a vacuum cleaner given the sand that is a door from the sea, then there is everything dishwasher, electric stove, the washing machine is missing but they told me that they ordered it, so it's only a matter of delivery. The apartment is close to the beach near the supermarket, the only flaw in the area is that many shops are closed and in the evening you have to take the car to go downtown (it is at least 30 minutes walk away)or visit other neighboring areas. Parking in front of the house Not always available, but there is the possibility to put it inside the courtyard and then move it as soon as it is free. Available and very kind owners

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Perfect stay. Very friendly and helpful owners. Lovely location, all the details are well studied and cared for. The apartments are equipped with all the amenities described and appear as pictured. Perfect pool. Very well-kept garden, with even a small garden. Children's games, swings, outdoor dining area, and grilling. Everything is perfect. We'll be back,

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

Great apartment. Recommended. Host is great.

Very nice house, clean and well furnished. The upper floor is reserved for guests with spacious rooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and air conditioning, and complete with sheets and towels. The indoor common space (kitchen and table) is a little limited compared to the capacity of the rooms, but it is still compensated by very spacious and livable outdoor spaces, with grill, pool and chairs/ lounge chairs. The location is very panoramic, cool and comfortable to go to the sea (the beach is a 10-15 minute drive). Hanny was very kind and helpful both before and during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay, the host and her family were more than excellent in helping and taking care of us. Even when we had some trouble with our car, they helped us with transportation. Special thanks to Stefania, Pia and Ennio for all their support and warm welcome! Huib and Bibi

An adorable little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are adorable and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with a great value for money).

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.
