I stayed for 4 weeks and it was great for one person. It’s a small apt with everything you need, in a great location. Elena was a great hostess with excellent communication.

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation. Immense balcony where you can eat out. Impeccably clean Nico was very helpful when we arrived, explaining everything about the area. Very cool room thanks to the weather. Area equipped with everything with many free beaches and a walk in the evening with stalls and lots of fun! It's a train, it's definitely there but the fixtures isolate well and it's not a problem. Highly recommend!

Very fresh accommodation in beautiful Offida. New, clean, and well equipped. Ornella had very good Mozarella with her from Naples when she arrived as we enjoyed on the terraces. We really recommend Ornella's place. Offida is a gem. Super cozy village with great restaurants and many different wineries.

Paola’s place was so fresh and spacious! The perfect home away from home. Thank you for having us!

Massimo's apartment is very functional, equipped with every comfort, clean and very comfortable because just a few meters from the sea. It was a very pleasant stay and Massimo was always very helpful despite not being present in those days. Absolutely recommend!

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Everything is perfect! I was on vacation in the Marche for the first time, I chose the apartment proposed by Giorgio since I had really liked it from the photos and descriptions...today I can say that it is much more than I expected. I recommend this place to everyone! ...I was with my dogs...a Dalmatian and a Chiwi...for them a paradise and they were also very warmly welcomed. Thank you so much for everything. For our holiday with two children, the apartment is perfectly suitable. Clean and cozy. There is a railway nearby, but the soundproofing in the apartment is beautiful. This noise didn't bother us. It was very nice to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully laid towels, packed salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you could need during your vacation, if I forgot something myself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

We have been for a week, wonderful views from the terrace. Plenty of nice places to visit in the area, Offida and Fermo! Then cool off in the sea, near the cottage. The cottage has all the comforts, we were with four adults and a child, which fit fine. Beds sleep well, air conditioning in the bedrooms and neat bathrooms. And we were welcomed with bubbles and tips for the surroundings, in short recommended!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and available. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

We left Casali Costadoro already with nostalgia. An enchanting place, nestled in the hills with the silence of nature. Beautiful pool but we preferred the sea with the reserved places included in the price of the accommodation, in the surroundings - in the evening - medieval villages with a beautiful cultural program of parties, festivals and concerts. A beautiful vacation with our one-year-old and our bordercollie. Thank you!

Fantastic experience! The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

Charming location and accommodation that allows you to relax surrounded by nature. The home is equipped with every comfort and the host is available whenever you need it. The place is a paradise and is perfect for those looking for relaxation and wellness with stunning views. Obviously traveling by car or you can reach, with trips of about 20-60 minutes, the best Marche towns and experience the beauty of this magnificent region. Access to the property is a little uncomfortable and impervious, but just drive slowly and be careful, especially if you do not have a high car as in my case. In any case, this did not affect the quality of one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had, so I can say that the experience was absolutely magnificent so that, if only I had more time, I would repeat it tomorrow. We stayed at Villa Terrione for 10 days over Pentecost in May with 2 kimderns and 2 adults. The property is as new, mega-maintained and very well equipped. The facility is secured, so you can leave your car and valuables with a clear conscience. Pool (unheated) and jacuzzi and tennis court in top condition. Even 4 tennis rackets and balls were available. The location is quietly located in a mixed area away from the city. A great restaurant is 100 meters away ( definitely try it). Annamaria and Francesco were great hosts! We had WiFi topics at the beginning, they took care of them right away. Every request is kindly and confidently answered. We will be happy to come back.
