Monthly Rentals in Nice

Great location — super easy to walk to everything, from restaurants to the beach. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-renovated. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

I would give this place six stars if I could! It's so beautiful, a perfect location, great amenities, and responsive hosts. Comfortable beds. AC works if you choose the right settings (make sure you choose the snowflake icon for cooling and turn off eco and night modes!) fully shocked kitchen and comfortable seating. So walkable to old town with all its great restaurants, the flower market and the beach. A few great bakeries nearby to get pastries in the morning. Not too far to the train station. Really couldn't ask for anything more. I hope we will be back!

Nico's place is super well equipped (washing machine, ironing board, and lots of kitchen tools and appliances). We had everything we needed and the apartment was very comfortable. Nico is super responsive and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
