Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Nice

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and easy to get on bus to go into central Nice.

The apartment is perfect with 2 bedrooms, and upstairs bathroom. The kitchen works well with a large fridge and everything you need. Only tricky part is accessing the unit after the street is closed to traffic. Either a few blocks walk with luggage, or make sure you register your vehicle with the Host over 48 hours in advance (wasn't entirely clear), since check-in is after the street is closed. But once that's all squared, it's a great location to explore the town.

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

We loved staying at Jd&Al's place. They were so warm and welcoming and their place is beautiful, so tastefully decorated. Saint Cap Jean Ferrat was lovely to walk around at the end of our trip and we enjoyed cooking dinner in the kitchen on our last night. Wouldn't change a thing.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

We were looking for a calm place to stay. This place exceeded out expectations. Calm, clean, beautiful and the hidden terrace is just waw to take a morning coffee. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much making it unforgettable for us.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Had a great stay and the host is very helpful. It’s at walking distance from the promenade. Although a little far from the hustle bustle of the city.

One word: thank you! If you want to enjoy the area while being quiet and close to everything, book here. The place is just perfect and the best I've been able to discover in the time I've traveled. Regarding Anne Marie, she is an exceptional host especially after our small adventures when we arrived and at a forgotten object. I appreciate it

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)
