Jens’ flat is the perfect place for two couples visiting Nice. Decorated in a stylish nouveau chic motif, it features two comfortable king-sized beds and a small balcony with a charming peek-a-view of the Mediterranean—you can watch boats and yachts drift by in the distance. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The flat is impeccably clean and comes well-equipped with quality bath and beach towels, along with a sufficiently stocked kitchen for basic cooking needs. Hanna Hess (Property Management) and her team were professional and incredibly helpful with communication. The check-in process was the most informative and thorough I’ve ever experienced—thank you, Nonna!

A five star apartment from a five star host. Cannot say enough good things about both this apartment and our wonderful host Nico. Nico was the perfect host friendly, attentive and very helpful. The apartment is to a very high standard. It’s in a great location, 10 minutes from the old town and promenade des Anglais. Plenty excellent bars, shops and restaurants next to the apartment. Walking distance to Nice train station. The sun deck was the perfect spot to relax after a busy day with our complimentary bottle of wine. A very nice touch! Highly recommend

Walide was super communicative during our trip and resolved on minor issue right away no questions asked! The location of this airbnb is SUPERB. One thing to note, the place is VERY small. It's great for 1 person, 2 is tight for sure. (Just my preference, I am from the US so we typically have more space and I know that's not the case in Europe.)

We had a great weekend an apartment with a very nice design as well as being very well located The hosts were very responsive with us from the beginning of our stay to our departure I would highly recommend!!!

Overall we had an amazing time at Raffi’s apartment, the place was exactly as described with many amenities, in an amazing location with many things to do, and was extremely clean. The check in was very straight forward and the apartment was walkable to several supermarkets and lively restaurants. We experienced a few problems connecting with the WiFi and it was suggested to reboot the machine which was not ideal. Additionally raffis communication could have been a bit quicker. Other than these minor issues, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely return. Thank you!

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Our stay was perfect. The house is spacious, comfortable, and full of old-world charm, with beautiful gardens surrounding it and a lovely pool to relax by. The setting is peaceful and private, yet very convenient. The local village, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is just a 15- 20-minute walk away — it’s charming, laid-back, and much less touristy than nearby St-Paul-de-Vence, with great local amenities and plenty of dining and drinking options. The host, Floortje, went above and beyond — she helped us sort out a medical issue on a Sunday, which we could never have managed alone. She also had lots of great recommendations and was extremely kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. A truly relaxing and memorable place. Highly recommended!

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

Peter was a very helpful host, his messages were clear and quickly sent. Peter met us, helped us with our bags and gave a quick but informative tour of the apartment. The apartment was well appointed with everything basic you need. It was lovely and clean. The only downside was that we were unable to hang laundry on the balcony due to building restrictions.

Viran’s place is in a fantastic location near public transportation and a short walk to the beach. The apartment was a great home base for exploring the area. He was a great host with clear directions. We would stay again.
