Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nice

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This accommodation is perfect for a combination of activities in the area and tranquility with privacy. The apartment is located in the hinterland and can only be reached by a small serpentine road. In about 20 minutes you are in Nice at the port. The description of the accommodation was great, we found it right away and were warmly welcomed by Laetitia. She and Clément were always available to us. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The layout and equipment is very modern and perfect for four. The small pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi is wonderfully relaxing in the evening. We can totally recommend the accommodation. For us, it was just the right thing and Laetitia and Clément are warm hosts, to whom their guests are important. We'd love to come back!

We had a couple of nights at this very sweet property. Cabris is a very quaint and pretty village with amazing views. We went to Grasse and did a perfume workshop which was really good fun and came away with our unique perfume. Can’t fault the property would recommend.

Perfect stay! Self check-in and checkout, very simple. Thierry was very responsive in our questions and provides a very comprehensive guide to activities/ recommendations in the area. We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We stayed with Olivier for the second time and felt completely comfortable as a family of five. The villa is well maintained, clean and well equipped – from the kitchen to comfortable beds to bathrobes and terry towels. Olivier is a great host: always available, quick to respond and very friendly. The complex is beautiful, quiet and immediately invites you to relax. Highlights for our kids: the pool table, hot tub and basement with table tennis, foosball table, fitness equipment, and more. Practical are also washing machine, 2 showers and 2 toilets. Three restaurants (including 1 pizzaria) and a bakery are within walking distance. We sincerely thank Olivier for the nice time and highly recommend the place – always happy to come back!

Very pleasant stay in this superb, very well-equipped house, where everything is planned, even for our little girl. The exterior is beautiful and decorated with taste. The house was sparkling clean. Big favorite for us, without a doubt, our favorite of all the rentals we've had so far. We loved our stay at Julien's place! After a long travel day, the minute we walked in the door, we put on our swimsuits and got in the jacuzzi to relax and taking in the views. We ate every meal on the balcony outside and the views were incredible. Julien was very responsive anytime I had a question.

A haven of peace where the quality of the services, the originality of the decor and the smile and kindness of the staff are a real pleasure. We had chosen a lodge and we loved it, we opted for the private spa of the hotel and we never remember having enjoyed such a spacious spa, we dined on site and we enjoyed ourselves, we had breakfast on the terrace in the sun and everything was worthy of the most beautiful palaces, and we could enjoy the pool under beautiful sun and great blue sky, everything was perfect! Bravo and thank you to Jonathan that we met several times and who seemed to be attentive to everyone and inquire about the well-being of all, and a little nod to Maguy who put all his professionalism and smile at the service of the dinner to satisfy everyone when the room was full. Thank you so much to everyone, we will introduce this magical place to our friends and we will come back!
