We were received very nicely, the loft was/is even more beautiful than the pictures. Simply perfect, whether kitchen, bathroom or living/sleeping area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with high-end appliances and plenty of dishes, utensils and kitchen accessories. All in all a successful stay, we will be happy to come back.

Everything was really great! I was able to celebrate my birthday in a relaxed manner and without complications. The accommodation itself was beautiful – bright, modern and flooded with lots of natural light. When we first entered, it felt like a dream. Simon is a really friendly, responsive and proactive host. He personally meets us for check in, got us settled in and even came to help us with the bbq pit. Simon’s place was beautiful, peaceful and magical especially during the golden hour. The place was really airy and clutter-free. The kitchen appliances were easy to use. The bathroom was clean and big. The beds in the bedroom were really cozy and comfortable to sleep in. Thank you and we will surely book again the next time we are in town!

What a wonderful place to stay in Munich! We absolutely loved the neighborhood. It was easy to access public transportation from the apartment, and there was a great cafe around the corner. It was a really quiet neighborhood and we felt safe walking at night. The apartment itself was prefect for our group. There is the main apartment with a bedroom upstairs and downstairs, along with a double bed in the living area that can be closed off with a curtain. There is also a separate space across the main hallway with it's own entrance. That is where another bedroom and full bathroom are as well as the washer/dryer. It was nice to have that separate space for a little privacy from the rest of our group. There was plenty of seating in the living area, and the kitchen was well equipped although we didn't cook. There is a courtyard that can be accessed from both spaces and is largely private. This is definitely a great option for familes or friend groups!
