Stefan’s place is ideally located within 10 minutes walking distance to a few train stations and restaurants.The unit provided what we needed for our stay and Stefan was great with his communication and made our stay very comfortable. I would recommend Stefan’s place for anyone visiting Berlin and within a short commute by train you can go to all of Berlin’s historic attractions.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The rooms, lovingly furnished with lots of beautiful details, immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Communication with Thomas was also very friendly – he personally inquired if we arrived well and found everything. There were minor flaws in cleanliness, but nothing dramatic. It was not a sterile 5-star hotel, but a homely holiday home with character. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, and the view is a real highlight. In the evening we could admire the starry sky, in the morning we were gently awakened by the first rays of sunshine. We are happy to recommend the property and will be happy to come back on occasion.

An all-round successful stay! We were lucky enough to spend two wonderful weeks with Björn - and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is superbly equipped, cozy and ideally located for numerous excursions in the area. For me, it was a particularly beautiful time, because I grew up as a child in the region - immediately this familiar feeling was back, almost like coming home. Björn and his family are exceptionally hospitable. The meetings and conversations with them were warm, open and simply enriching. Thank you for everything – we will definitely be back!

WOW!!! What an incredibly beautiful, unique oasis! We immediately felt at home. we were kindly welcomed by Massud who is one of the greatest and most generous hosts we have ever met. The apartment is incredibly cosy, the jacuzzi pure luxury, and the icing on the cake is the wonderful garden. We spent the mornings and evenings sitting outside, enjoying life. Supernice area, loads of nice restaurants, shops, walkable, relaxed. Highly recommended!!

We came to Bremen for a friend's wedding. Birgits' place was the perfect location with easy connections into the city by tram or taxi. The neighborhood is lovely and very authentic. Birgits' loft apartment was lovely. Very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and very relaxing. We split our stay in Bremen, and Birgit was accommodating and flexible with our stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay out of the city, but close enough to enjoy the sights of what Bremen has to offer

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. For the children, there was everything your heart desires. Jürgen is an accommodating pleasant host. The accommodation is cozy and furnished with love for detail. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

We felt very comfortable at the Forsthof. The surroundings were very idyllic and the apartment cozily clean and new. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again! Andersen was very friendly and supported us with tips in the design of our getaway.

The courtyard was beautiful and peaceful—a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We really appreciated the convenience of the parking garage and the laundry facilities, which made our stay so much easier. The hospitality bar stocked with snacks was such a nice bonus and really showed the hosts’ attention to detail. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic—great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a big plus that they spoke English so well, making communication smooth and easy. I would recommend this space to absolutely anyone. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything so right. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a very nice week with Manuel and Jochen. The apartment is really great and fully corresponds to the good description in the listing. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. My stay in the apartment was very nice. Everything was perfect and we can only help everyone to visit the accommodation and also the town of Bad Bentheim. You can see how much love for detail is in the apartment and these details are also noticeable in the town of Bad Bentheim and the surrounding area. A really nice, cozy place. The kitchen/dining/living area offers plenty of space, lots of daylight and a beautiful view of the mountains. We were very kindly received and looked after by Gerald. Our two dogs were also welcome. Direct access to nature was optimal for us as dog owners. We can definitely imagine another stay!

Marcus is a perfect host, nice and responsible. His place is beautiful with nice some striking art-objects. Clean and a lot of space.

We would definitely come back and can recommend the place. Quiet side street location, good parking, and numerous shopping opportunities nearby. The bedding was cozy and fragrant, the accommodation is bright, clean and comfortably furnished. In between, it was a bit stuffy - but the temperature was easy to control thanks to electric shutters (a lot of sun on large windows has this effect, so this is already complaining at a high level). There were many free items in the accommodation, which we found to be particularly accommodating. We also used the bicycles in between and were very happy about this option. A small vase with flowers on the table was also sweet. You can see that a lot of attention is paid to detail here. There are instructions and tips for everything in the accommodation, so no question remains unanswered. And if so: Thomas was always friendly and very easy to reach.

Super host, very friendly and I will also book with him again in the future when I am in the area. The train station is right around the corner, so you can quickly reach your destination even without a car and the location is very quiet.

Immediately felt at home here as a foreigner for my first time in Europe. I highly recommend coming here to stay for school, travel, etc. Beautiful town to stay in and a relaxing place to stay!

First of all, my express thanks to the landlord, who easily made a longer stay possible. Angelika is very friendly and helpful and there was a quick answer or help with questions. During my stay I was very satisfied with the apartment, it is spacious, light and functionally furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is available. The bed is comfortable, the apartment clean – as it should be. The large parking lot and good transport connections are definitely a plus, especially if you are on mobile, so you can quickly get to Balingen or in nature if you like to hike. In all points, a very nice place to stay, which I am happy to recommend.

Super cool and open loft. Rustic furnishings. Everything you need is there. 2 double beds, sofa and baby bed available. Technically everything was great. Holger and was very open and helpful without being intrusive. A great starting point for exploring Kyffhausen and the southern Harz. If we go back to the area, we will be happy to come back.

Staying at Kai’s place was such a unique and relaxing experience! Sleeping in a hammock was surprisingly comfortable, and it made for a memorable stay. The space was clean, peaceful, and had everything I needed. Kai was very welcoming and provided clear instructions.
