Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Munich

I loved it here best bakery and cafe in Munich I've found just down the street. It was a very god neighborhood with lots of things around.

We were allowed to enter the apartment much earlier, which was very helpful with a small child. Communication was very good accordingly. The location was great (about 3 minutes to Marienplatz). Police station right next door, that's how you feel safe.

We were in Munich for a concert one night and were looking for accommodation within walking distance of the Olympic Park. Guido's accommodation is perfect for this. Very well-maintained bathroom, well-equipped room and friendly and hassle-free communication made the stay perfect. We felt very comfortable!

This place would be awesome for Octoberfest.

Beatrice was an outstanding host! She was very helpful before we arrived. There is some road construction nearby but google maps makes it look like the entire street is closed. Beatrice helped us understand that the street is really just blocked at one end and there are easy ways to access the street. And the closed end is not closed to pedestrians! In addition, her recommendations of places to eat and where to get other services were outstanding. The apartment was extremely clean, easy to enter, very quiet, peaceful and well equipped and maintained. The location was awesome! 10-15 min walk to central Munich, and 2 blocks to the u-bahn The bus is at the end of the block (either direction!). Museums and galleries close by! Great restaurants right on the block! Everything we wanted to do and much more. Highly recommend Beatrice as a host and her apartment!

Great place very clean and spacious. Good walk to city center and plenty around for food and to hang out. Host is very nice and responds fast. Only complaint is the bed is a pull out and not very comfy. Other than that everything is great.

We had a wonderful time here! The space is perfect and in a great neighborhood. We loved being able to walk to parks and have a short walk to public transportation. Phillipp and Sandra were so helpful and provided lots of great recommendations. If we make it back to Munich, we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again!

A wonderful experience in every respect. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, stylish, clean, and thoughtfully organized. Fabulous location – five minutes from the Feldherrnhalle, Residenz, Theatinerkirche; there are literally dozens of interesting restaurants and cafés within a few blocks to the north. Anton's communication was clear, friendly, and detailed, and he speaks excellent English. I will certainly stay here again, provided it's available...

We had a great time in an apartment that was cozy and well-equipped. Good bed. Nearby transportation. Check-in with the lockbox was easy and flexible. We missed the microwave a bit, but we did well without it because there were more frying pans. It was nice to have salt, sugar, oil, spices, etc. ready in the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so we wondered if it was very hot in the heat. Now, in the spring, there was no problem with it. Definitely one of the best Airbnb homes we've been in. Thank you! 😀

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

A lovely place to stay. We loved spending time on the patio and looking out at the beautiful view. Lots of space to relax in. All the bedrooms are stunning and spacious. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich.

We enjoyed being able to be for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

Ludwig was always readily available and responsive. His home was nice,clean, and very livable. It made for a nice home base to explore Bavaria.

We were very kindly received by Rosalind and her husband. The two were very warm and friendly hosts. The accommodation is in a quiet location and Munich or Starnberg are very easy to reach by train. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space in the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staircase to the apartment is relatively steep and narrow, which was not a problem for us, but with children or elderly people, this could be an issue. All in all, the accommodation is a recommendation!

Steffi gave us a wonderful stay. A huge and very clean home and quiet and peaceful time. Thank you!

This was a great location for me and my family to spend a few days in exploring the surrounding area. Very close to the train station that left on average every 10 minutes, we could get going or get home easily. The apartment itself is HUGE, which was a nice change of pace being in small hotel rooms. I loved relaxing in their deep, clean, soaking tub since it was a bit cold and rainy during our stay. It was kind of the hosts to include a variety of refreshments and snacks for us in the kitchen. Really the only thing I wasn’t totally prepared for was the hike up to the room… It does say that the room is on the second floor (which to me, read that you’d be going up one flight of stairs to reach floor 2…), but in reality it was more like 3 flights which was a bit of an unwelcome surprise after being delayed on our train journey and not getting in until nearly midnight. But we survived! I would definitely stay again, particularly if I was lighter on luggage… :)

Were warmly welcomed and spoiled this time as well. It was like coming home. The apartment is perfectly located. It is very clean and Dagmar and Burkhard are very warm, perfect hosts. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is spacious and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochel or Lake Walchen are also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to come back!

The place is very roomy, comfortable, and quiet. It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal and washer/dryer to clean your clothes. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is amazing! Great coffee machine that made us feel like baristas! The lake is within walking distance and has a restaurant and a Biergarten with food. The bus and metro system is really easy to use. There are two bus stops nearby the house. Download MVV app for ease of use. Two grocery stores within walking distance to grab drinks or even food to cook. If not in the mood to cook there are restaurants. The Italian restaurant, Tonino, was our favorite with delicious food, great service, and good prices. The hosts are beyond wonderful, quick to answer any needs, and very hospitable! We adore them and will be back again!
