In the middle of the village, only 5 minutes to the lake or train station.

Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist ideal für Ausflüge nach München (40 Min.), Augsburg (45 Min.) und in die Alpen (ab ca. 1 Std.). Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Just a 5-minute walk from the lake: modern, brand new wooden house with terrace deck and partly covered outdoor area, with grill and parking space, perfectly equipped, quiet and very private. The town center with shopping, the S-Bahn station and the Dampfersteg can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along a path along the lake shore. The beach is freely accessible. An ideal place to live and vacation for couples or a family with children. Arrival day: Saturday or Sunday

Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
