You will stay in an old hostel house in Haidhausen. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, cafes and nice little shops. House and garden are an oasis of tranquility. Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. Zum angegebenen Preis stellen wir Ihnen ein Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung, das zweite Zimmer ist verschlossen. Alternativ können Sie gegen Aufpreis auch beide Zimmer für jeweils eine Person oder für 3 - 4 Personen buchen. Die Mehrkosten in Höhe von 80 € können in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden.

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 20.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.
