Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Munich

Very quiet neighborhood close to the forest, just 30 minutes by car from Munich and about an hour from the main castles of Bavaria. Beautiful and scenic roads, a pleasure to drive. Spacious apartment, comfortable terrace overlooking the garden and the nearby woods. Perfect holiday, everything was great!

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

First to say that the accommodation is as you can see on the site, it is very cozy, despite the tremendous cold that it did some days, in the interior it did not feel at all. Then say that the Pasing neighborhood is beautiful, low houses with courtyards, green spaces, 0 noises, and despite being a little far from the center of Munich, 100 meters away there is a bus stop that in 10 minutes leaves you at the Pasing train station, where every two or three minutes you have a train that leaves you on HBF or Marienplatz in 15/20 minutes, and it works perfectly! Highly recommended also if you like to live the experience of how the Germans live.

We had a wonderful stay and Maria was fantastic from start to finish. The property was spotless and in a fantastic location. We were left a bottle of wine and some snacks, which were was a lovely touch. Maria could not have been more accommodating and if/when we return to Munich, I would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

The apartment was simply great! In the kitchen nothing was missing, very spacious, high ceiling, very clean, very fresh and very lovingly furnished. The location was very quiet. The hostess is also very friendly and accommodating. She surprised us with a small present🥰. Games and cards for the environment are also there. The apartment is recommended.

A nice, affordable accommodation, relatively close to the old town. Very quiet location, close to the Arrabellapark subway station and right next to the park. The photos correspond to reality. It was clean and the shower was pleasant. Yes, the dishes, especially the cutlery in the kitchen, could have been a little cleaner and you should know that you can't cook 3 courses in the kitchen, for us and the most necessary for breakfast it was enough. We were just missing a toaster.

Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, this house has an open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

We loved staying at the Waldeck. The house is ideal for larger families or groups. It is super equipped, in the kitchen there is really everything you can imagine. Great is also the bar with foosball and dart machine. The surroundings are super quiet, a great contrast to the very crowded Achensee. Ideal for starting various hikes. We highly recommend the Waldeck cottage! The hosts are also totally friendly and helpful, whether it's restaurant recommendations or hiking routes. We would check back in anytime.

We loved our stay here. Walking distance from the train which made accessing Munich very easy. A beautiful residential street with great surrounding pubs and cafes. We would absolutely recommend to our family and friends

We had wonderful days at Villa Alpenblick. The amenities were very good and everything super clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. We would definitely recommend the house. Evelyn is an excellent host

Giselle's house is in an area of residential Munich, well served and well connected to the center. Spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was like being at home, with everything you need especially if you are traveling with small children. Thanks again for your amazing hospitality.

The farm is in a secluded location and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. A great organic and vegetable market is within walking distance. On the farm itself, we, a family of 10, had a wonderful time. The rooms are remarkable and the kitchens (summer kitchen, wine kitchen) are well equipped. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside a lot. The children were thrilled with the animals and the trampoline. We really enjoyed our time there!

We ended up here after our car broke down just before the Munich exit, we also had 2 large dogs with us and we were on our way to Croatia. It was a Sunday late afternoon and we were towed to a garage in the center of Munich and there we were. After x number of times we had our replacement car and of course we still had to look for an interim stay so we decided to look for something outside Munich because we then knew that our further trip had to be postponed for a few days. The host guided us very well from the time of booking, so we arrived there very unexpectedly. Highly recommended for those in need of relaxation and tranquility. The host is also available to answer any questions you may have. great !

Pleasant environment, sunny, airy and clean apartment.

We would definitely recommend this apartment! We stayed as 2 couples, and the space was perfect for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and the space was laid out in a tidy and effective manner, while still feeling inviting. Our host, Pia, did a wonderful job—prompt communication, helpful suggestions for the area, always polite and cheerful. She was a pleasure to book with and made our stay a joy. The neighborhood is charming, with a quiet, local feel with the apartment conveniently located to groceries, pubs, and restaurants. The tram is extremely convenient as well, for exploring the busier parts of the city. Would highly recommend this host and this location to anyone wanting to experience Munich.

The accommodation is very suitable for a large group. Beautifully located directly on the lake and well equipped. Plenty of seating inside and out. Communication with the host was very good.

The 3rd floor 3 room flat is located in a lovely small town on the outskirts of Munich, in a beautiful rural part of Germany. It is ideally located if you are flying into either Memmingen Airport or Munich Airport. I would recommend hiring a car to get there as it is 6km away from any train station. That being said, you can also hire a taxi for a quick 10 minutes drive to and from the train station, if you prefer. Aksana and Sebastian were there to welcome us on arrival and showed us around the house. They prepared a stack of maps and information on the region - which by the way - is beautiful. Wifi connection was top, the house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were really glad to have a large dining table for us all (10 people) to have breakfasts and dinners together. We rented this flat during the Okotberfest in Munich and traveled daily into town. It was nice to come back to this haven of peace and quiet in the evenings to re-charge. We would definitely come back again!

The apartment is located about 5-10min walk from the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn Station providing peace and quiet at night. There is also the Motorama Shopping plaza above the station with has an Aldi, HIT, DM, and other conveniences. The apartment is cozy, with a Murphy bed (to generate extra space), couch, TV, Balcony, small kitchenette area and is comfortable for 1-2 people. Adi was very proactive, provided clear instructions and even provided us with a week’s worth of water bottles, juices, and chocolates which was a very nice gesture. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Benedikt was a great host. He followed us from the beginning and was always ready and available. The apartment is very nice, clean and equipped with all comforts.

We stayed in this apartment with a two-year-old. The spaces were spacious, the area quiet and not far from Monaco. The furniture was a little dated but had everything you need. The hosts are a nice, quiet and helpful couple. There is also a nice dog. We recommend it as a base for visiting the surroundings of Munich and Bavaria.
