The designer loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) and TV as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for exclusive use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. The bakery and local restaurants are within walking distance. Der Starnberger See ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wandern, schwimmen, spazieren, radfahren – Berg ist der ideale Platz für abwechslungsreiche Ferien im Voralpenland.

The accommodation is a simple old house (former workshop) on the quite "natural" property of the hostess, which you use alone. The 50 sqm apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen-living room, a small shower room and a room with a desk (this room is not to be heated, the kitchen only very minimal). The double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2 m, so it is a bit narrow for two people. You can use your own, somewhat protected terrace from view.
