Townhome holiday rentals in Munich

We stayed in the cozy cottage for a few days with five adults. In the children's room, two could sleep on the mattress on the floor (pirate loft bed alternatively), two in the bedroom, one on the pullout couch in the living room. It was quite cuddly, but cozy as a family. When there were only three of us, it was really comfortable. The equipment incl. absolutely stable Wi-Fi fine. We quickly closed the small robot vacuum cleaner in the heart. By car you are fixed in the mountains, even skiing at the Spitzingsee already worked out. Weyarn itself has a nice atmosphere, especially through the monastery and the view of the Alps plus various walking trails on site. Thank you!

I love Christel’s cozy apartment very much. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, yet is easy to reach the main train station by metro. The room includes all what you need for a short stay. Christel provided me with very detailed instructions for check in and check out and is always very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful zone and very very secure. I was return to the stadium at 2am and I can walk alone for the streets. I love the natural areas that you can find around the Sonja’s home. And finally, I need to say that I feel as a part of your family. I recommend it.

A fantastic place to stay. Carols daughter Petra was extremely welcoming and gave some great recommendations. Although the decor is tastefully dated you had everything you need and loads of space, the river was just amazing too.

We had a hassle-free check-in in the beautiful cottage, where we lacked nothing. We were able to find everything, had nice information about the area and therefore it was all in all a great stay.

Excellent summer stay in Ingo's beautiful house. Very clean and well maintained house, very comfortable, very well equipped, including the kitchen. Very nice view of Achenkirch and the surrounding mountains, little opposite. Close to hiking departures and located about twenty minutes walk from the lake and village. Ingo's place is extremely quiet. Ingo was a perfect host: friendly, responsive and very available via messaging, before and during the stay. He has prepared a short guide, available in the house, with all the necessary information about the house, accessible activities around Achensee, restaurants, etc. A perfect experience!

Had a very nice stay at Christian's place. The room and bathroom were as described and Christian offered his bike for me to do what I was up to. Very nice and calm neighborhood. By bike, it took me 15min to get to Messe München and 50min to get to Marienplatz. To Messe München you can also do a 1h plan walk through a beautiful green landscape (old München airport terrains). If I'm back alone in Munich for Bauma 2028, I will definetly looks again for Christian's place!

Elisabeth's lodging is 1 km from the Moosach S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. (We like to walk but before our arrival, Elisabeth pointed out a bus that we could have taken to within 80 metres of her house.) The lodging was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had our own toilet and shower in the house. Our room contained a refrigerator, a tea kettle, a coffee machine, a spacious closet, a balcony and a table at which we could both use our laptops. Elisabeth herself is interesting, kind and generous.

This is my first experience renting a house in Germany, and it was wonderful. Eckhard is very nice and friendly. He patiently introduced us to the surrounding food, entertainment, transportation and housing instructions. I usually suffer from insomnia when staying in a hotel, but here I slept as well as at home, which is great. We encountered some difficulties in renting a car and he helped us answer questions, which felt very warm. The underground garage parking space is right at the entrance of the house, which is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake, the scenery is great, and many people go out on boats to enjoy life on weekends.

It was great experience with this host. Flexible check in is my first choice.

The place was very clean and Andrea and her son were very hospitable. We had a very enjoyable stay there, and if I were to visit Munich again, this will be my first choice to stay.

Starting from the assumption that we were a group of 10 people, we found the house in excellent condition, the four bedrooms guaranteed enough privacy (thus avoiding the barracks and/or camerata effect, I hope the translation gives the idea). Easy to reach both by car (with which we arrived) and, I suppose, by train (the station is really close). The surroundings are very quiet and the directions provided by the very kind Thomas have always been clear, precise and punctual. Highly recommend to large groups of people!

Duc and his family have been perfect hosts for our group, very friendly and kind! The house was beautiful, modern and fully equipped: as Italian we appreciated a lot the fantastic coffee machine.

An incredibly cute house in a cute neighborhood surrounded by nice parks and a super convenient U bahn station just steps from the house. Martina and Frank and the neighbors Kati and Stephen who also help out if needed, were all so helpful and communicative with everything. The photos don’t show the nice covered patio and outdoor seating area.

It has pretty good price. And the bed is very comfortable, environment is also beautiful. If I have any question, the owner always answer in few minutes. I like this house very much!

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in Munich at Stefanie's place. She was very responsive, met us upon arrival with a friendly greeting and gave us such great advice and recommendations. The place was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. It is VERY easy to get into the city and the area was nice an quiet for a great nights sleep. If you are considering a trip to Munich and have a group that needs to spread out a little definitely book Stefanie's place.

We spent two days as a family in Maxl's house and were completely satisfied. The communication was excellent – fast, friendly and very straightforward. The house was absolutely clean and well maintained, exactly as described. The location is great – quiet, but still well connected. The garden and living areas are also very nice and practical. The accommodation is particularly well suited for groups or families, as it offers plenty of space and is very well equipped. The value for money is also absolutely right here. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

I had a fantastic stay at Gabriel and Stephanies place. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and in a great location with easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless, and the space itself was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again on my next visit to Munich.

Everything is as described. Great large living area and everything nicely prepared, so we immediately felt comfortable in the foreign apartment. Great location for exploring the city on foot or by public transport.

Christian and his family are extremely hospitable. The house is excellently equipped for children and therefore highly recommended if you are on vacation with children.
