Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist ideal für Ausflüge nach München (40 Min.), Augsburg (45 Min.) und in die Alpen (ab ca. 1 Std.). Der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

Modern wooden house 5 minutes from the lake

Just a 5-minute walk from the lake: modern, brand new wooden house with terrace deck and partly covered outdoor area, with grill and parking space, perfectly equipped, quiet and very private. The town center with shopping, the S-Bahn station and the Dampfersteg can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along a path along the lake shore. The beach is freely accessible. An ideal place to live and vacation for couples or a family with children. Arrival day: Saturday or Sunday

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

If you stay at this centrally located property, your family will have all the main points of contact nearby. Lake Ammersee is just 50m from the apartment. You can walk directly to the lake with all your swimsuits. On the lake there are restaurants, cafes, mini golf, bars and ice cream parlors, there is something for everyone. The apartment is therefore not only centrally located but offers great and modern living comfort for your family due to its size.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly with many original design classics (e. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
