Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lucca

We loved our stay! The location was perfect — highly walkable with plenty of cafes and restaurants right in the same piazza. Parking was convenient, which made things even easier. We stayed with two young children and found the space very comfortable overall. The only minor challenge was the stairs, especially with a stroller and gear, but it was manageable. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have stayed in various Airbnbs all over the world and we rate Stephan’s place very highly. Great location with many restaurants and bars in close proximity and in one of the nicest parts of beautiful Lucca. Smooth check in and easy to find. All and all a great experience.

Wonderful and cozy space! Perfect for families. There is a kid’s room with toys and there are 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out and play. Our 3 year old loved it! Looks just like the pictures. Modern, cozy and quiet. Everything was clean and thoughtfully designed. The area is perfect, right next to the grocery store. Lucca is small so everything is within walking distance and this place felt very central. Great restaurants and cute shops just a block away. Super convenient with a washer and dryer. Especially traveling with a toddler. We literally want to move in! Hahaha we could have stayed another month. The only thing I’d recommend is a curtain for the child room. If you have a kiddo who is sensitive to light and you forget a blackout curtain like we did, it might be a bit bright.

This is an absolutely beautiful, spacious apartment in a perfect location in Lucca. The rich history of the oil paintings and antiques made us feel even more special staying here. The owner was super helpful with our bags when we arrived and departed (we were traveling with a toddler) and helped us navigate the ZTL and parking. A truly warm welcome. We plan to absolutely stay here again on our next trip to town. We highly recommend for anyone considering a stay in Lucca!

Beautiful, spacious Airbnb. It comes with everything you can think of like laundry soap, arrangement of spices and food containers in the kitchen. It is the attention to detail and the responsiveness from Andrea that sets it apart. Very central location and a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb.

Vanessa war immer gut erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend beim Check In. Das Appartement ist hell, sauber, modern und bietet alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr von Vorteil ist der Fahrstuhl und die Waschmaschine. Gerne wieder!

We loved staying at Elisa’s place - so lovingly restored and a truly special place. Beautiful setting and we loved hanging out in the garden on the sun loungers in the peaceful surroundings. Being able to say hello to their dogs and having their sweet cats in the garden made it feel like home to us. Easy parking nearby. Thank you so much!

Die Unterkunft war spitze, sehr gut gelegen, ruhig aber doch zentral, nahe am Meer. Die Wohnungseinrichtung und auch Küche waren in sehr gutem Zustand, alles hat super funktioniert; das ist in Italien nicht immer selbstverständlich. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Wir haben unsere Flitterwochen in dem traumhaften Appartement verbracht. Der Garten und das dazugehörige Anwesen einfach zauberhaft. Das Apartment sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wer einen ruhigen Ort zum entspannten sucht kommt zu 100 Prozent auf seine Kosten. Florenz bestens zu erreichen mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Danke für den unvergesslichen Aufenhalt! Wir würden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Wow, wow, wow! We totally enjoyed our stay at Eleonara‘s house! We arrived and her son explained everything to us and showed as the whole apartment. You‘ll find everything there for your daily needs. It’s absolutely the same as on the photos and we also were able to use the washing machine as well as the dryer. I loved the backyard the most - it’s so beautiful and decorated with an attention for details! Just in case someone cares: The street is next to the house why it could get a little bit louder, especially during the rush hours But we didn’t care about that little fact and the longer we stayed, the less we recognized it. Eleonora and her family are so kind, friendly and lovely people! Thank you so much for everything and our great stay! Absolutely recommend!

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

L'alloggio di Elisa è splendido, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e dispongono di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Elisa è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli, Irina e Gianni, genitori di Elisa che vivono accanto, sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona, torneremo qui! Grazie di tutto :)

Sehr saubere und bestens eingerichtete Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Etwas abgelegen dafür sehr ruhig aber dennoch mit Auto schnell in Lucca. Danke an Co-Host Ingrid für den professionellen und netten check-in/out. Gerne wieder einmal 😀

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Contact met Filippo verliep soepel en er waren duidelijke instructies om het appartement binnen te komen. Fijne locatie, rustig gelegen maar wel zo in de drukte van Lucca met fijne restaurants en winkels. Naast de muur waar ik elke dag een ronde op heb gelopen. Appartement was boven verwachting. Ruim, heel gezellig ingericht, zeer schoon, een heerlijk terras en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eerste dagen verbleef ik er alleen en ik voelde mij er zeer comfortabel. Fijn dat er een wasmachine en droger zijn. Ook fietsen zijn aanwezig en hoewel ik die niet heb gebruikt is dat wel heel handig. Geen gedoe met een fiets huren als je een rondje over de muur wil maken. Als ik weer naar Lucca ga dan zal ik zeker proberen weer hier te verblijven. Bedankt Filippo en Laura dat in jullie huis mocht verblijven.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended—we’d definitely stay here again!

Federico tres réactif car nous avons beaucoup de difficulté à trouver le parking (utiliser Google maps et surtout pas Waze) mais Federico est intervenu très rapidement Le logement est très bien mais un peu loin du centre (tramway à proximité mais toujours bondé) L’appartement est dans un état parfait avec une très bonne literie

Absolutely loved this place – it exceeded our expectations! Traveling with a young family and an infant, we really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, especially the baby items that were left for us. With four bathrooms, it was so convenient and allowed everyone to take their time without any stress. The space is clearly designed with families in mind – well thought out and packed with amenities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I also found out they have a place in Rome – if I had known earlier, I would have booked that too!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!
