Filippo was a wonderful host. He was so helpful, going above and beyond to help me and my daughters. The apartment was perfect. The location was great. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful the few days we had in Lucca were. Thank you Filippo. I appreciate everything you did for us to make our stay so enjoyable ☺️

I am an older, male, English speaking, solo traveler and photographer who loves Italy. From my point of view Lucca is an excellent destination, this Airbnb apartment is the best place to be if you are looking for an Airbnb, and Silvia has the qualities that I most appreciate in a good host: she communicates well in English, she reacts quickly, and she answers my questions as they arise. An excellent host is not a host that guarantees your stay will be problem free - an excellent host is a person who effectively deals with problems as they arise. Silvia is an excellent host. I hope to return to Lucca in the future and I will aim to again stay in this apartment with Silvia as my host.

Stunning location and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was generously equipped and it felt so good coming ‘home’ from our daily trips around Lucca , as well as day trips by train. Couldn’t fault it.

Nice little self-contained unit right outside the main South Gate of the city walls and a short walk from the train station. We found it to be darker than expected, possibly due to our difficulty in opening the windows and shutters to lighten up the living room section, but it is well-equipped and spotless.

Gabby and Barbara never left a question unanswered. And went above and beyond to make sure we understood the neighborhood. We absolutely loved their space. It was quiet, charming, and had everything we needed. And sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee will change your life!😎⭐️

Very comfortable apartment in the historic centre, so close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. It was easy to park for free just outside the city walls. We were able to stay with our two dogs, which was very much appreciated. Simone gave us recommendations for restaurants and we tried a few of them, all were excellent! All in all a great stay.

The location in the immediate vicinity of the train station is ideal for excursions. The apartment is just great. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Daniele has always offered his help. But since everything was perfect, we didn't need it. If you want to explore Tuscany without a rental car, then this apartment is definitely a top recommendation. I felt at from the first until the last minute. How Anna does it that you never miss anything while nothing unnecessary ist there, will remain a miracle to me.

Giulia’s place was perfect for us. 15 walk from the train station and 15 walk to the tower. Giulia sent us a list of restaurants recommendations and different activities to do whilst we were there. She even stopped by to check how we were getting on. Only thing is there is quite a lot of noise from above but this was mentioned in the booking so was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

Sandra was the best. She was a great host, always responsive and has such a lovely place. I have stayed in 4 other places in Prato and this is the best! Thank you Sandra!

We spent 8 days in Filippo's apartment and explored Tuscany. Our goals were relatively centrally accessible. That's why we chose this place. Beautiful Tuscan-style apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. There is everything you need. We were also able to use the small cozy terrace in front of the entrance more often! The car is safe in the locked yard and there are also shopping facilities nearby. Upon our arrival, Filippo was personally present and gave us tips and explanations! Our conclusion: Very nice and reliable host and a great accommodation!

Quiet apartment in the middle of a lively area. Many options for food and easy access to Livorno's attractions. Good value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Pisa! Elisa was incredibly proactive and communicated everything clearly from start to finish—truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The space itself was beautiful, spotless, and equipped with every amenity we could have asked for. The location was perfect for exploring the city. A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

A very nice apartment in a great location to walk around and enjoy the city. We had a really nice time in Pisa, and this was a perfect base from which to explore.

We had a couple of fantastic days up in the mountains on Cima alla Serra. We sat every night on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the tranquility, and during the day you could relax by the pool, which was fantastic. Giovanna and the staff on site were very helpful and we are so happy about our stay. Although it is relatively close to Pisa, you should have a car, which we were recommended. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again! Thank you for a couple of nice days :)

Deborah was the nicest host! She welcomed us with kindness and prepared everything nice for our stay. We would totally recommend the stay there, when you are searching for a quiet stay, but want to go for some Citytrips as well. :)

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.

A little paradise in Tuscany with the most breathtaking view. We spend alot of the days at the house, swimming in the pool, cooking and generally feeling at home! They surprised us with fresh cherries 🍒 a few times and were happy to explain the beautiful routes you can walk around. We will def be back! ❤️

The property is first class. It is situated very close to Pisa in the country side , and feels very tranquil. The Airbnb has its own private entrance with full use of an outdoor pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. The interior of the property is extremely well equipped with stylish furnishings. The bedrooms are generously proportioned, each with use of a bathroom and shower and the beds are very comfortable . We found having the use of the private sauna in the Airbnb an added bonus . The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a private patio at the front of the property for use of guests . There is a pizzeria around 5 minutes drive away, and the location is very convenient to explore Pisa & surrounding region of Tuscany. Our visit to the thermal spa at San Giuliano Terme was an amazing experience- located very close by , approx10 minutes away by car. The hosts are friendly and attentive . We recommend this Airbnb if you want a luxurious and private space to enjoy Tuscany.

Very nice apartment and nice garden. The only flaw is that the apartment, unlike the one downstairs, did not have direct access to the garden and we had not understood this from the advertisement.
